The lady who took care of me was nice and very kind to start with. However, the service was awful.First, it's the first time that my shellac nails don't last even 4days.The water for my pedicure was cold, she cuts me 4 times until I was bleeding. 4days later I still feel the pain. I just feel like it was just let's do quick and get the next customer.I am so disappointed!

Did a terrible job on my nails!My nails were super rushed, not finished, and had me wait 30 minutes after my reservation. My friends also got their nails done; they were beautiful, done with such care and effort.I did not pay $50 dollars for garbage nails.

I was the first person there at opening and asked them to pick from a few designs that they think they could do for gel nails, he was very impatient with me the whole time when he was done it looked nothing like my picture and he refused to fix it because there were other clients waiting! Then he charged me 70$ when I was unhappy with the service offering no solution to the problem

I called and reserved an appointment for 2 one hour in advance on a Saturday. Our technicians were not only fashionable, well trained, professionals who took such great care of us.Hue (She) went the extra mile for me when I couldn't hold still for 2 seconds to let my nails dry and nicked My thumb.We had such a peaceful, relaxing time. We'll certainly go again and I highly recommend.

I don't give a bad review unless it is warrented and I also give rave reviews when it is deserved.I paid 100 dollars cash (it costs more via debit due to taxes.)The first time I went I just had powder dipped nails. I think it was Joe...he did a spectacular job I was so pleased.The next time I went I thought I would have a pedi as well...the pedi looks like I did it myself. 1 foot is darker than the other, corners were missed...My finger nails...left hand nails are clearly longer than the other and top coat and white embre are already chipping...I could go on but I will leave it there.

The reviews scared me, but its not bad at all. I got acrylics, they look the same as the picture I wanted. Not much talking but I don't mind cuz I'm an introvert. She was pretty quick too.

The lady did a decent job...however she was not very personable, and I had to return to get some shellac off 3 fingers... the photo is just over two weeks later

I came for the first time 3 months ago then want not even a week ago one of my nails fell off 3 days after getting it done I asked for normal acrylic nail and they did shellac instead when I told them no when I walked in i high don’t recommend they did a very bad job and I’m super disappointed
