Visited the car wash yesterday. I went through, and the machine started, only to die halfway through. The owner was called and she came immediately. She offered a refund or a code for a free wash. We decided that we’d try again, as there was still soap on my truck. Unfortunately the machine was not cooperating, but she grabbed a hose and offered to rinse off my truck, and fully refunded me. I was impressed with how fast she got there and her problem resolution. I’ll be back, and cannot recommend enough. I’m sure the wash will be back in working order in no time.
