Great service such great and friendly staff they new the watch I was looking for a found it right away swatch/ omega speed master moon watch mercury addition.

I wanted to take the time and write an appreciation for Rayan, Adrianne and Loraine , they were incredibly helpful and kind during my visit to the store .they are knowledgeable and care about customer service .

Loraine and Shikhawonderful people at Swatch, WEM, excellent customer service, did not upset my son. They tried their best to pull out my son's swatch warranty to replace the damaged ones, I will definitely recommend their service to anyone who's Swatch needs TLC..

I would to commend Loraine and the crew for being helpful from my recent visit to the shop. She happily assisted me with my purchase of a certain swatch model which I had an eye for a while. Cheers.

I went over the weekend regarding an exchange and return. The staff made me come back three times to the store and eventually the manager said that he can’t do anything and was significantly rude and pointing me towards the exit. I honestly felt like disrespectful, at the same time unprofessional. They took my number and name and assured that someone will call me, nothing happened. This brand is out of life forever and I will make sure that my friends are also aware about these people. At least be straight up with regards to your policies and don’t drag the things to loose your client forever. Be genuine

MariJoyce has been the sweetest most helpful employee at this store not only was her customer service really good I wanted to grab a watch for my nephews 4th birthday she helped me find what I needed thank you so much MariJoyce I hope to see again when I return :)

Got a band for my sister's watch yesterday. Not a great experience. A rindstone went missing, there is now a dig along the face and the pins were not properly installed. Check your watch carefully before you leave, they don't seem to take a lot of pride in their work, unfortunately.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Great service overall. Found what I was looking for and left satisfied.
