I am beyond pleased with the service i received on a late Thursday evening. It could have been an absolute disaster for me and our tenants in the restaurant business in one of their busiest nights especially during COVID restrictions!! From the minute i called, Luc instilled in me confidence that the problem would not only be resolved within hours but also provided sound advice on how to take preventative measures for the future!!! It was sunday and i was stuck with a plumbing issue.I called a couple of places and they never returned my call.Called Luc the plumber and i can tell you that he is the guy to call.He was at my house at exactly the right time he told me he would be.It was the first time and the very first plumber i ever had to deal with .Very friendly and courteous.He even went out his way to go get a part for me and he had to drive for an hour to go get it.Any other company would have said can’t fix it today .I have all the respect in the world for this guy!I would recommend him to anybody.its a 10 star rating !There is absolutely nobody that dose this on a sunday as far as i know.

I used Prescott Russell Plumbing for a bathroom upgrade. The upgrade involved replacing an old, water-inefficient toilet as well as servicing a shower valve from the 1980's, which despite not being leaky yet, was showing its old age. The toilet change was a straightforward job. What I was really concerned about was the shower valve and it potentially giving up on us any day and creating an emergency. Before calling Prescott Russell Plumbing, I had called at least five other plumbing companies. The plumbers I talked to at these other companies were not at all knowledgeable about the old shower system I had. I was shocked, knowing that the system (Symmons Temptrol) was common in the 80s and 90s. In fact, I obtained a quote (for a fee!) from one of these other plumbing companies and was horrified as the plumber was musing about ripping out the shower wall, pulling out my custom vanity, and gutting the tiles ... By the time I called Prescott Russell Plumbing, I had almost given up on the upgrade altogether ... And then I found Luc, the owner of Prescott Russell Plumbing. I knew immediately that he was THE guy. He took the time to explain to me that servicing the current valve (the spindle and diverter) was not my best option, given the age of the valve and the valve system being better suited for commercial settings than homes. He, without a blink, told me he could change the valve (including the valve body) with a more modern one AND without any damage whatsoever to the tiles or the vanity. And ... he delivered! I could not believe it, given what I had heard from the other plumbing companies! The shower looks like new and I could not be happier! I also got to see Luc in action, masterfully removing the old valve body and soldering in the new one (I was really impressed given the tiny amount of space he had to work through; it was like a surgery). Luc went above the call of duty to make sure that the valve and the pipes were firmly secured and ready to withstand heavy use. I was far more worried about these details than how the final trim will look like. I was so pleased when I saw that the shower trim was as nice as the work done on the inside. The toilet replacement was easier, but yet again, Luc went above and beyond, finding the exact toilet I wanted in the current pandemic situation with unpredictable supplies (I was very specific that I wanted a bone-coloured American Standard). He had also found the perfect seat to go with the toilet (not trivial at all during these pandemic times). Luc's work at our place took approximately four hours. He delivered the bathroom in a very clean state without anything left for us to do. I could not have asked for better service. I highly recommend Prescott Russell Plumbing. In addition, to their professionalism and excellent service, Luc and his associate (whose name I sadly forgot) were genuinely nice people. And did I mention that they were kind enough to drive outside their regular service area to help me out in Ottawa? I wish Luc and Prescott Russell Plumbing the very best!

I called Prescott Russell plumbing because I had a blockage in one of my pipes. Right away on the telephone I could tell that the man knew what he was talking about. He asked me pertinent questions regarding the repair and was able to give me a ballpark on how much it would cost. When he came over he was professional and managed to find the problem fairly quickly.I recommend Prescott Russell plumbing for all of your plumbing needs. Because Prescott Russell plumbing is the only company in the area that offers 24 hour service, that means something to me. I know that in any situation there’s a plumber available that’s local and that will be quick to respond to my needs.

The 2 guys that did the work in our house were very professional and quick. Work space was left clean and price was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend and will be calling them for any future needs.

I called Luc in a panic when I discovered my water pump was not running after returning home from work. I was preparing for a pump replacement but Luc calmly stated it could be something small and would be happy to stop by to take a look at no charge. I was impressed by his professionalism and kind manner. Instantly trusted him. Luc diagnosed and repaired a small leak. Restarted the pump , also took the time to go over the system with me. Luc charged me a more than fair price for the repair. He has a customer for life now. I highly recommend Luc for your plumbing repairs and installations.

Luc was here and was honest and clear about what needed to be done to restore our pump.He completed the work quickly and advised us of what future things needed to be fixed.His work is clean and he is definitely the guy to call!!I love that he is a small local business owner that takes pride in his work!!He also did not gouge us because it was a long weekend. I contacted Luc to unplug the drain in my house. He ran a camera and a pressure hose in the drain to unplug and clean the drain. I was able to see the issue inside the pipes and he showed me the result once cleaned. I am very happy with the work that Luc and his helper did. If I need a plumber again I will not hesitate to contact Luc.
