I have a wee cocker spaniel rescue, that had her grooming done at K-9 for years. Then I moved to a different part of Langley, and thought it was to far to go. I tried another groomer..ugh what a mess. I have now gone back to K-9 last week with my wee girl and can not tell you how happy we both were. Perfect cut, happy dog, and actually a better price. Thank you girls , you do an amazing job !!!

They were able to fit my dog in with short notice. She asked lots of questions to make sure he got the cut we were looking for. Our dog came home looking so clean, less itchy & like a cute little puppy version of himself! Friendly, reasonably priced.

Tried out Shampoodles for the first time today and I’ll be back! My husky looks and smells amazing! Prices were comparable to other groomers as well.Got a full de-shedding and nail trim!

I can't say enough good about Megan and her gang at Brookswood K-9. I've been going here for over 4Years. My pets are happy, relieved and look fantastic and at a great price.

After Covid-19, the store closed for a few weeks, and we had to find an alternative place to groom our dogs. A few months later, the owner of K9 Design, now known as Shampoodoodles, called us, asking us to come back. She offered a discount to older customers as an incentive to return. I told her I needed to think about it and would call her back. I asked her if the discount would still be valid when I called, and she confirmed that it would be.The place we found charged us $50 per dog, while Shampoodoodles wanted to charge us $100. At that time, I refused the offer and told her that I needed to think about it. After some thought, I decided to support our local business, even though it was more expensive. I called her back and booked an appointment, reminding her about the discount. However, she ignored me when I asked her if the discount still applied. I asked her again, and she mumbled for a few seconds before ignoring me again. She finally told me that the discount was no longer available because they already had clients.It was a slap in the face - we no longer need your money kind of treatment, yet once was desperate for it keep them running.My issue here is not financial, as I was willing to pay a little more to support a local business. However, it is about the ethics and genuine treatment of clients. I am dissatisfied with the way we were treated and disappointed with how the owner treats older customers. Businesses that don't value their customers don't go far with this sort of leadership.

I highly recommend this salon. My usual groomer was fully booked and they helped me out big time by fitting in my pom for a last min teddybear cut before a long weekend! They were fast, friendly and did such a great job. My pom left happy and looking spiffy with his new complimentary bowtie! I will definitely be going back.
