Les Roses DOREES

I wanted to surprise my partner with some flowers for our Edmonton getaway, but as usual forgot until the last minute :) I called a few stores, and Les Roses Dorees answered promptly, was friendly, and best of all; was able to deliver a dozen long stem roses to the Fairmont hotel in less than 2 hours! I was extremely impressed, and so was my partner. Highly Recommended!

Worst arrangement quality I have ever seen !! My cousin got married this past weekend her flowers for her bouquet and boutonnieres and corsages were wilted and looked so horrible after a few hours of the wedding. Worst customer service ever!! No apology made at all just oh you should have messaged me the day of. She was busy all day at her wedding !! Never buy from her.

Great customer service. Patiently guided me through the selection of different flowers for my order and the flowers came out absolutely amazing. Unique flower arrangements!!

I’ve received 2 fresh bouquets and an eternal flowers bouquet and they are the most beautiful I have ever received! They are long lasting and look so tropical. I love her products, customer service, and would definitely recommend her if you need flowers.

Not sure if this place is supposed to be a florist or a cafe... or both? The only prices they had listed were for roses and the big board for food. Went here at 11:45 with my mom for lunch. Well, what should have been lunch. Just before lunch and they were totally out of all but one croissant sandwich. Maybe that means they're popular for breakfast? But I didn't get to try it, and it seems a bit crazy that just before the lunch rush they didn't have any food left. Coffee was quite good. Probably not worth going back.

Neat combination of gift items and coffee shop. The store is well lit and clean. The ambiance is nice and the staff is friendly and courteous.

If I could give this business no stars I would. I recently ordered my wedding flowers from Vero and they were such poor quality. At first they looked beautiful, but my bouquet, all 8 of the mens boutonnières and the 2 wrist corsages all fell apart within 3 hours of having them out. My bouquet would lose flowers like crazy, and the boutineers were not sticking to the suits and falling and flowers were coming detached. I tried to bring this issue up to vero the day after my wedding and she told me there was nothing she could do, and that I should have messaged her on my wedding day. What bride is going to have time to deal with that on their wedding day?! I had pictures to prove how poorly everything fell apart. She gave me no compensation, and didn’t even seem like she cared. I was so upset I couldn’t even keep my boquet to get it preserved. When I tried to take it social media, she blocked me on everything. Vero is a coward and clearly does not know a thing about customer service or she wouldn’t do this to someone. She had told my mom that she made no money on this order because prices have gone up on product which just proves she didn’t put any effort into making sure these flowers lasted. Horrible absolutely awful experience, she wouldn’t even give me a refund on anything. I do not recommend this business whatsoever. Save your money

Best florist in Edmonton! I highly recommend Les Roses Dorées for all occasions, large or small. Their superb arrangements will bring a special touch - beyond your expectations - that will make your special events unforgettable.

Terrible! My cousins wedding, the bouquet was poorly assembled and fell apart during the ceremony. Store showed no responsibility or atleast remediate the problem. Don't bother!

Vero decorated for an event we had recently and the arrangements were absolutely beautiful. The pics tell it all. Would definitely be using her services again!
