Terrible customer service. I asked for threading appointment WELL IN ADVANCE and they booked me for a wax appointment. No accommodations provided whatsoever.

I'm was trying to return a flat iron , but I can't get my money back coz this lady says she can't do it unless the manager is there.I have never went to store where the manager had to be there to geta refund. This is ridiculous!!!!

The girl was very pleasant, she had no trouble answering my questions and talking to me to pass the time. The nail quality and colour turned out perfect. She constantly asked if I liked it which I liked. However the price was expensive and it took 2.5hr to finish.

After being 5 minutes late to a waxing appointment somewhere else, the un-named business cancelled my appointment (very frustrating). I frantically called around to see if I could get in somewhere else. Most places were all booked up for the evening (this was after 5:00), but I called Glamour Secrets and they were able to fit me in that evening. Glenda was so friendly, accommodating and professional. Apparently she's been doing brazilian waxing for 20 years, and it showed because my wax was quick and I was so happy with the results. I will be going here for my waxing from now on, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

It has always been difficult to find a salon in this city that offers eyebrow threading. As mine grow out thick and dense, threading is the best option. Doha is so skillful and talented at what she does. I am glad I got it done by her and I am added to her permanent customer's list.

Got my gel nails done here and the lady did in such a hurry and hastily. When making an appointment, i had specifically told receptionist for nail art however, i didnt get that service and had to come back later again to get nail art done. Moreover, two of my gel nails broke very next day. Didnt even last for 24 hours.Wouldnt come back here

esthetician wanted to reuse the pedicure tools on my nails; questionable hygiene. took four hours for a manicure and pedicure. tech was not able to finish manicure. manager was friendly and dealt with well but service was awful.

Wonderful customer service , Makayla is super nice and she did an eyelash lift on me although I am not satisfied with it at all, took an hour and a half and the end result was barely noticible. Only thing was good about it was the tint, which made my lashes darker. Other than that, there’s barely any curl to my lashes and I followed the aftercare instructions thoroughly. I don’t know if it’s becayse my eyelashes are short and really straight but I was not satisfied with this service at all. But makayla was super sweet, comforting, and very very customer service oriented . I’d recommend her to anyone, just was not satisfied with the results of my eyelash lift which came to 60$ with tax.
