The A.S.A.P. Repair Technician, Dale was very responsive to our issue with the stove and was very knowledgeable. Vanessa, the Service Manager and Sam both were excellent at follow up/booking service calls/communication re parts ordered. This is one of the best repair companies we have utilized. I would recommend this company 10/10.
