Frag Rack Coral

I've purchases numerous fish and inverts through frag rack. Everything is top-shelf. They even replaced a Naso that didn't survive 24 hrs without even flinching. I'll be returning to do more business, not only because of the competitive pricing but the integrity that backs up their policies.

My experience with Sean of frag rack coral has been excellent and unique. I live in Ottawa and visited family members in the Toronto area, and decided to visit frag rack. Unfortunately, Sean was away for fathers day, but when I called him, he decided to ship the corals to me for free shipping. He sent me pictures of the corals and clam on whats up and communicated the whole period until I received the specimen. I encourage all reefers in Canada to shop from frag rack coral. The customer service is second to none.

I would definitely recommend frag rock coral for all your saltwater needs. Has a great selection of fish that are fairly priced and all the equipment you could need.I order a dwarf fuzzy lionfish but unfortunately they were out of stock, he gave a call and told me I could get the other lionfish that was priced higher, which I was grateful for.He’s very friendly and easy to get in touch with every interaction we had was very pleasant.I did local pickup and was able to pickup very quickly.If I could rate this higher then 5 stars I definitely would.

I have sadly fallen victim to the scam of the subscription service. After constantly hounding the owner for my boxes for the first few months, I just stopped getting them and the owner always had an excuse why he couldn’t get them out. He finally agreed to do a partial refund but never followed through and ignores my messages. Many others in the reefing groups have shared similar experiences. Better off spending your money at any of the other coral shops that ship anywhere in Canada.

Sean went above and beyond in his customer service and drove these beauties to me to ensure their safety. Sean was always quick to answer and very helpful. Already making some room for my next corals! It was a pleasure to do business. Recommend to all who ask!

I was ripped off for over 170.00$Overall first experience ever meeting Shawn seemed promising, we talked about how some nearby stores rip you off with retail prices and built what i thought to be a great relationship....How ever this changed very quickly.received my first order meeting in a parking lot near his wholesaler" and like others I received some of my order

Friendly guy and great selection but he is super disorganized so when something goes wrong you’ll probably be out of luck. I signed up for his coral club subscription box back in July. I received a box in July but have been sent nothing since then. He has had half a dozen excuses ranging from car accidents to tank issues.Two weeks ago I requested a refund which he agreed to process that day. No refund was given and he has not responded since then either.I am not the first person to experience this with this business.If he is able to fill your order right away then you will probably be happy with what you get. But if he doesn’t then you will probably be like me and have to go through visa to get your money back.Not worth the gamble in my opinion.

HIGHLY recommend Frag Rack Coral! The owner was very pleasant to deal with and quick to message back with answers to my questions. When there was a bit of a misunderstanding with my order the owner ended up shipping at his expense (and also threw in a free piece of coral). 10/10 for customer service and product availability. Super user friendly site.The only thing I'd love to see as a new saltwater aquarium owner is the option to sort the corals by ease of care. I love my blenny, my macros and my new little coral. Everything arrived safe and sound and in excellent health. Little blenny is lively and active. The macros super healthy as well.I look forward to ordering more in the future.Kudos for being an awesome business owner!

I was ripped off for $166.50.Not a ton of money but non the less it is my hard worked for money.Over all terrible customer service experience.I made an order August 29th.Recieved a phone call telling me that they had to move locations due to a leak which was why they were behind shipping my order. I was told it would be shipped out within a week or the man on the phone would deliver it himself to me (I live 2 hours away).I emailed September 11th, September 12th, and November 2nd.I finally had my partner speak to the man on the phone and just ask for the money to be returned. He said he would do that.As I'm sure you can guess, I've been completely ignored now.

Great experience and quality. Love my new healthy ocean tenants I got here! Only place I would recommend!!! Bravo! After one hour even hippo started to eat and sneak around! Thank you!
