Called for a quote on fender flare installation. Gave year make and model of vehicle. Was quoted $100. Said wow ok great and booked the truck in. Spoke again the day before and verified the cost of $100. Dropped off the truck and flares got a call 2 hours later saying it was ready and would be “about 200”. I said what?!? You said it would be $100. He replied with well I didn’t know the year make and model and your paying for honest time and it took 2 hours. I said that is double the cost you told me. And he said again that it took 2 hours. Not to mention I clearly told him the year make and model on my initial call and he even commented stating wow that’s an old truck. So not too honest here. Charged double the amount. Not to mention we were looking to find a decent mechanic closer to home and definitely won’t be picking here. Anytime I’ve gotten a quote anywhere else. I paid the amount quoted. Never have I been charged double. What a disappointment. Also. If the cost was going to be different than what was stated. People usually call to confirm that it’s still ok. Not just do it and say oh here now it’s double. Not good business.

I took my 2022 Durango into PP Automotive today for inspection of the wheels and suspension components on the passenger side after unfortunately mounting a snow covered curb (hard) with the front and back wheels driving through a parking lot here in town that hadn't been plowed. BIG thanks to PP Automotive for checking my vehicle thoroughly and getting me back on the road without any worries. Great job and outstanding service. Would highly recommend PP Automotive to anyone seeking fast and professional service of the highest quality!

AMAZING SERVICE!! I have used this auto shop for a couple of years now and I am never disappointed. I am cared for as a customer and find them honest and reliable. I called here 20 minutes before closing on Friday of the long weekend saying my car was making a funny sound. They told me to come by, stayed late, and fixed the problem. Outstanding service and I highly recommend to anyone in the area.
