I can't say enough about this small business! We have been here several times for repairs to our Macbook and screen replacements on our iphones. The work is always done impeccably and quickly. The price is more than reasonable. The owner is easy to deal with and did not even charge us for opening up my Macbook to reconnect a wire that had come loose. This is the type of customer service that small businesses provide that big box stores can't compete with. If you want a good, honest job done for a fair price, look no further.

Bought a brand new Apple Watch and it refused to pair with my phone Apple SEI had a crummy smart watch while going from my fitbit to my new Apple Watch and it was stopping the pairingEasy to say after it was found out by Macagain in 20 minutes after I struggled for 3 daysGreat work done and now I’m happy with my Apple Watch …. Great experience! They replaced the battery and hard drive in my 2013 Mac and it now runs like a brand new computer. I have zero computer or technology understanding and they were super nice, explained everything and never made me feel dumb for not understanding the basics of my own computer. Great service, I will definitely use MacAgain for any future computer or phone problems.

Screen starting cracking from the inside at the bottom two days after repair..The cracks have now spread inside the glass from top to bottom and the sides are crumbling.Says glass manufacturer wouldnt honour a warranty and will only repair if I pay again with a smallDiscount.I’m a terminally I’ll mom who couldn’t afford the 65.00 repair let alone a new phone .
