Way overpriced, very slow service while at the house and most importantly I found out several months after Alamo installed a single laundry tub that the trap is installed incorrectly. I would think plumbing a laundry tub (two taps and one drain) would be plumbing 101!

Alamo completed a dishwasher, fridge waterline, and gas line hookup for us. They were prompt and professional. Pricing was competitive. Very happy with the quality of work as well.

I called Alamo to come check out a smell in my 2nd floor bathroom. Upon inspection the plumber they sent, Alistair, indicated that the source of the smell was from the basement and it would be thousands of dollars to fix. Trusting his expertise we proceeded with the fix. Mid-job they asked that we pay before the work was completed because it was getting expensive." We agreed. When they finished the smell remained. For two more weeks I tried to get them back to fix the job; on two occasions no one showed up. On a third occasion Alistair arrived several hours late and parked on my front lawn instead of the road (see picture below). He also forgot the tools he needed so he left without completing any work that day. Another week or so passed before Alamo finally returned to inspect my house with a scope and indicated that it would cost several thousands of dollars more to replace all of my pipes

I called Alamo plumbing for an emergency repair of broken pipes he sent one of his guys over (wish I could remember his name) he was on time, worked quick, cleaned up after himself and it cost slightly less than what I expected I'll definitely be referring Alamo plumbing over and over again

We recently underwent a major renovation at our home in Hamilton. Alamo plumbing was one of three quotes we received to replace all the plumbing in the house, and the choice was easy. There pricing was competitive and Marcello clearly knew his stuff. The work was done on time and on budget. Using a local, family owned company was important and we would definitely use them again.

This companies website advertises their professional and experienced workforce dedicated to customer service. The plumber sent to our home to rough in sewer and sanitary connections for a washroom in the basement did not know that a loop is needed in a water line to remove a water softener. King studs and jack studs were hacked with six inch cuts to accommodate 1 1/2 inch PVC piping. Notching is allowed" I was told when I complained. The jack stud under a window was severed and the water lines were threaded through holes in the studs cut 1/4 inch from the front. The water lines and PVC drain pipe were installed in front of the corner studs and a interior vent cap was installed 2 feet below an existing vent. The shower plumbing was strapped on one side only causing the control valve to sit at a 30 degree angle. The shutoff valve for the outside lines that was requested for our laundry room was put in a closet and the line to the second tap was cut. The plumber left on the second day announcing that the bathroom was ready for drywall. The water lines were not connected to a water source and the drywall would have to be cut over the piping in the corner. A trade person I requested to inspect their work could not control his surprise and laughter. After several calls and a less than professional response from Marcello

I've been using Alamo for years. Their customer service is great and they always work with me to find the most reasonable solution to my plumbing challenge. Recently they repaired a faucet and sealed my undermount sink. Both were done very professionally. Keep up the great work and fair prices!!

The son of the owner came out promptly 30 minutes after being called. With in 10 minutes a snake was cleaning out my clogged sewer line.
