Had a trainee there helping me, little nervous, but overall a good experience, up sell at the counter, which I fully expected, as well as they should. Good job

A great store for finding outdoor wear or work wear! They have a great selection of clothing for both men and women. Since stampede is coming they have a great selection on levis jeans and jackets for the western style! This location isn't as busy as the others which can work to your advantage as there is always a sales person ready to help you in anyway they can!

Everyone working there so far has been friendly and know where everything is!Fastest and easiest way to get what you need done I a timely yet professional manner.

Yet again I find myself leaving about a hundred fifty dollars in sales after waiting ten minutes for assistance. How you think one employee is enough coverage for a large store is absolutely beyond me. I've walked out maybe five times now over the last year, gone to Walmart and gotten the same level of service and product for less money. I do my best to avoid giving them my money, but Mark's seems to be in a mission to drive business to their competition. Good luck with that, I guess.

Online inventory of this store does not match actual inventory. Staff not very helpful on why or where items might be. Staff explained everything that is showing in stock but is not must be stolen.

Very helpful and professional staff. Great Mark's location. I'll be bringing my business here when possible.

Marks return policy sucks. I bought safety shoes from marks a day ago. Unfortunately, on job site my manager told me i need 6 inch shoes not flat so i went back to return them. They told me i can't return them because i used them for 1 day. Walmart has better policy then yours.

I love the store and it's products but it's impossible to shop at without being pestered every five minutes as if I don't know what I'm looking for, 'so I just get what I came for and leave', sure they're doing their job and preventing potential shoplifters but they're also preventing shoppers and shopping...that's probably why the store is usually empty of shoppers. So I give it two stars.

Was in the store around 130pm on Sunday, Jan 8. There was a young male, young female and older gentlemen serving customers. We asked the young male if he could check other Mark's stores for 2 items they didn't have the right size. He said he could, but would prefer we did it ourselves. After we said you guys have done this for us before, he reluctantly called 2 other stores. We gave him our name and said if they have it, please put in on hold under this name and we will go pick it up. After 15 minutes, he came back and said the other stores had it, but did not put it on HOLD (????) and that we need to do that ourselves. OK, he's reluctant, then actually calls, but does not put in on HOLD....can't explain it. We were about to leave the store as I would give this young male worker a 1 star only because I can't give negative ratings. However, the young female worker stepped in and within 5 minutes, we had our desired items on hold at the other store. She's a star..would give her a 5. To the manager (if that is the older male) who was working side by side with these 2 younger workers in the cashier area....reward her....I have no idea what you should do with the guy. Hope this helps the store improve it's training or hiring practices to have more workers model the young female worker.
