Tannery Medical/Resolutions at the Tannery

Historically the service here has been good but my wife's experience has prompted me to write this review.My wife runs a home daycare business which makes it incredibly hard for her to book appointments as she needs to coordinate with up to 5 other parents to make it work.She was due for her pap and we made the necessary arrangements for her to attend the appointment. I looked online and tried my best to select the appropriate category for the online booking.No categories fit so i picked other" and added a note with instructions on what she needed from the appointment. I tried calling in during their regular hours to clarify. No answer

I don’t have the exact dates on how long I have been under the care of Dr. Jodie but I believe it’s been around 10 years now- wowza!Dr. Wang has been such a support to me and my family over the years. She has always made time when I’ve needed her and I have never struggled to get an appointment- even during Covid-19 she made sure she was accessible. Many times I know she was probably calling during her own personal time to help me. Misty and Kayla are also INCREDIBLE people that I enjoy personally seeing when in for an appointment. They have been amazing supporting me in my pregnancy journey this year and I am so grateful.Big hugs to you all! With gratitude,Victoria

Dr. Wang is a caring physician who takes the concerns of her patients seriously. She is always available when my children are sick and her admin staff are friendly, prompt to respond, and caring. Her nursing staff is also amazing. I highly recommend this doctor as she has proven to be competent, knowledgeable, and compassionate.

Dr. Wang and her administrative staff are kind, helpful and caring individuals. I have been a patient with Dr. Wang for sometime and I have always received great care. The communication and efficiency as a patient is much appreciated. They always follow up and follow through with all my medical needs.

Hello,Where do I start? Dr. Wang has been an incredible support to me for many years. Not only is she always available to help and offer her expertise, but she does so with so much care. I always feel comfortable and safe no matter what my ailment is and I have never felt as if my medical worries are dismissed or undermined. I have recently moved to Toronto and refuse to find another family doctor because I can't imagine finding one as good and willing to help as Dr. Wang. During the beginning of the COVID pandemic, I had many symptoms that aligned with the COVID ones. Dr. Wang was checking in with me everyday to make sure that I felt okay and safe. She is an angel!I also want to mention that Misty, the receptionist, is amazing too. Kind, funny, and always making you feel comfortable. This team is brilliant.Anyone who is lucky enough to have Dr. Wang and Misty should be very thankful and feel very safe.

I have been with Dr. Wang for the past 6 years and have nothing but the utmost respect for her. Dr. Wang genuinely cares about your health and well-being. She takes the time to listen and then explains to you, in non medical terms, (which makes it a lot easier to understand) what she believes is the best for your situation. Thank you Dr. Wang.

I love Dr. Wang. I really do. I have been a patient of hers for almost 10 years now and she has been through SO much with me, especially in the last 2 1/2 years. She is honest, caring and professional. I trust her advice completely and I feel very comfortable with her. I'd also like to mention Misty, who is absolutely wonderful. She goes out of her way to help you. A genuine person and hard worker.

Should you have to endure any chronick issues, stay way unless you needed to be told that you can do anything, as you are a master of the universe. They are judges having advise in place of medicine or attempts to cure ...

This is the worst place I have ever been to. The doctor is hardly ever there and the nurses are beyond rude. They do not reply to faxes and lie about sending them out. You can only get one prescription filled at a time. The nurse will not fill certain medications (even creams) regardless of how long you have been on them. After my appointment I also found out that the prescription I was able to have was the wrong dose and for one month. If I wanted to get all my prescriptions filled I would have to come in 5x a month and put up with the rude unprofessional behaviour. This doctor does also not believe in giving birth control to my spouse because of religious views. you can also hear them talking about each patient after they walk out of the room. It is quite uncomfortable. I'm not one to write a bad review or even engage in conflict but it's not right how they treat their patients. That is all.P.S If you guys would take your time and check faxes from other specialists or doctors a lot of these issues would be non existent. I understand you can only have one issue per appointment but what about people who need all of their meds?Edit. Regarding your response JODY will still not prescribe birth control because she doesn't believe in it (religion) and that is why you have someone else do it. but yet she still profits from it. What does that tell you. Your response was a joke. Also you Killed someone with lung cancer because you are too uneducated to look at a scan and see there is a problem. Anyone who goes to you risks their health and life. PERIOD.

I have been a pacient of Dr. Wang for over 7 years. Dr. Wang has helped me a lot with my health concerns over the years. She listens to my concerns and is very compassionate, understanding and caring. The administration staff have always been friendly, welcoming and helpful. Misty always welcomes me with a friendly smile and has always been helpful. Thank you to Dr. Wang, nurses and administration staff for outstanding service over the years. I am very greatful to be a patient of Dr. Wang.
