Tanya and Cody were very friendly and helpful. They were very willing to answer all my questions about my chickens. They took the time to explain their product and the best way to use it to get the best result. It was definatley worth the drive from Calgary and will happily return there for my future needs.

We have been feeding Farmsteads horse and poultry feeds for a year now. Customer service is excellent and the feed is the best available.

What a great company to deal with from start to finish got five Urban hens the beginning of may they were courteous they were helpful and went out of their way for me. A wealth of information and willing to always provide more along the way I can't say enough about this company they are fantastic I will certainly be using them for all my feed and needs I have along my journey.

I adore Tanya and her family, literally the best company hands down.

I buy their feed because my chickens like it, but it's expensive.I also bought 25 of their POL hens this year for $20 each. That was about 5 months ago. They have the best coop and run, was brand new. They have never laid more than 16 eggs and that was only twice, mostly between 0 and 6. They haven't laid ANY now in likely 2 months. About 5 have died and 1 is a rooster. There were a few other people I talked to this year that had the same issues. Even though there is a 100% hen guarantee" they wouldn't replace the rooster and wouldn't for the others either. She also said she had no other complaints than mine. That a lie as I know people who complained directly to her! I will never buy chickens from them again. And I'm looking for a new feed supplier as well. Very poor customer service."
