I love it here! The owners are on-site and very helpful (and they obviously genuinely love dogs). Prices are fair and the dogs waiting for pick-up can play together and seem very happy. Our big boy was so far beyond due for a spa day and left looking brand-new and gorgeous. I'm so glad that we found these wonderful women!

Amazing service! I brought my parents two twelve year old shih tzus here. They are rescue dogs and not always the most trusting. I was so embarrassed since one of them insisted on ‘watering’ everything. He was a little nervous. Boy oh boy did the ladies here ever take good care of them! Not only did they do an incredible job, they were such wonderful people to deal with. I highly recommend them!

I have taken all my Golden Retrievers over the last 20 years and they always have done a great job. If you own a Golden this is where you should go

Brought our 5 month old pup in today for a wash and dry. Great place, we had the pooches nails clipped and then took advantage of the self wash facility. Very friendly and helpful staff and we came away with a clean Dog as well. Will be back soon

If there was anything lower than a 1 star I would be giving it out with no haste. I recently called to book an appointment for my poodle and the receptionist on the phone was quite insolent and short with me. I tried explaining my dog's rescuing situation so that can be taken into consideration while grooming and I was met with sheer apathy. I will not be sending my dog here anytime soon as that was more than enough indication. Terrible service, really.

I dont know the ladies' names, but I have taken my dogs there for years to get their nails cut, and to give my dog a bath at their self-service tubs.I dont know why people think they are not friendly! they are SUPER helpful, and always help out, even when they are busy. They are SO FAST at nail clipping its amazing. I had a dog who screamed every time the nail cutters came close, but in there, it was over before I knew it. I now have a different dog - a rescue who never had a bath - and she helped keep him calm and gave us lots of good tips to help him get through it as well as possible.In addition to their great service, they are extremely knowledgeable about dogs and doggy care, and always have great advice.

They are the best! We have a Bernese and a Leonberger and they are so good with our dogs. Our pups always look amazing and we know they are being very well taken care of. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great groomer where you pet will be very well looked after.

We have had a wonderful experience working with Tracey and Louise with our three family dogs! They always do a great job and are awesome people to work with. Our whole family highly recommends them!!
