No parking, everything listed as employee space. Parts closed an hour for lunch, nobody can help in the meantime. Hours not indicated anywhere and parts dept. not indicated either. Service is okay, depends who you get, lots of turnaround, rarely the same guys. At least they sell good machines and the staff is nice!

We have been using Liftow for about 3 years now. Chuck is our service tech, not only dose he know what he is doing, he is very nice to deal with. What l also like is that l can contact him personally and he answers the phone or gets back to me with in the hour. l recommend this company and ask for Chuck.

It was not long after calling Liftow that one of the service technicians showed up. Chris was quick and thorough in diagnosing the problem. He temporarily fixed the lift so that it was functional and later replaced the defective part. It makes things easy when you have reliable and dependable people to work with.

Absolutely the best buying experience. After searching for a new Forklift to replace our much older unit, I called Liftow and talked to Derek Boyd, gave him the specs of what we needed. The next day he came to see me, took the time to see where and what we needed the unit for. Contacted me within 48hrs with some options for us and helped me narrow it down to the perfect unit for us. I've never dealt with any company that is perfect, but I've dealt with many companies which handle issues in many different ways.Liftow here in Ottawa is one company which is very attentive to their customers and will quickly solve issues, over and above expectations. Very happy with our new Toyota forklift, even though it was delayed, Liftow set us up with a temporary unit, very similar to our new order, so we weren't using different machines.Thanks again to Jason and Meg for their great service.
