This clinic/pharmacy went way above and beyond my expectations!! The aesthetic is so warm and inviting, which helps when you're sick and waiting for a doctor, instead of most cold and dreary clinics.The wait times are next to nothing, as the clinic is well staffed, with an excellent reception staff to guide you on your way. All of the doctor's I have dealt with are top-notch and have an ability to diagnose quickly and with a certain level of empathy!Finally, the pharmacy itself - just beyond belief!! The head pharmacist is the most humble medical professional I have ever interacted with - she is super efficient and very friendly - never allowing any situation to get her flustered - I recommend this clinic and pharmacy to everyone in the Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Markham and Stouffville areas!

I had a great experience at Atlas Pharmacy. When I walked in I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who checked us in immediately. Within a few minutes we were able to see the doctor. He gave us prescriptions for a few medicines. When we handed these to the pharmacist on duty, she filled the prescription and it was ready in less than 5 minutes. This is the best total care experience I have ever received at any clinic or pharmacy. The speed and quality of service was warm, attentive and fast. I would strongly recommend this pharmacy and clinic.

Sonam is the best! She is always ontop of my refills and is super proactive by calling me with any heads-up situations. I highly recommend this pharmacy for their exceptional customer service.

Very bad experience. I just wanted the doctor to prescribe an ointment for the face rash problem. I walked in this clinic, the receptionist kept asking us to call to make an appointment first. thought the first line on the glass window at the entrance of the clinic says” no appointment is required”. I asked her if she could make an appointment for us directly on the computer in front of her since we were already in the clinic. Finally, she made an appointment for us in 45 minutes, but we waited for 90 minutes. After 5-minute consultation was over, I waited near the front desk area for 20 minutes and no one come to me to tell how to do next step, until I took the initiative to ask the receptionist, she took out a doctor's prescription from the table that should have been printed out for a while. It almost 2 hours to finally get the medicine.

Me and my fiancee are both pharmacists.This is the only place we come to get scripts.Sometimes I just stand there and let them counsel me about meds and they always do a great job. I have no preference for them one way or the other. They are simply excellent.

Atlas Pharmacy owner, Sonam, has provided our family exceptional care and attention. She helped to seamlessly transfer our prescriptions, always provides fast service, clear explanations, and has even gone out of her way to track down and order products from other pharmacies to ensure our needs were met as soon as possible. We feel very lucky to have found Sonam and the wonderful staff at Atlas Medical Clinic. Keep up the great work!

They know each of my family members and all of their prescriptions by name. They are so friendly, professional, efficient, and on top of things: they will actually call *me* to advise me that a family member’s or my prescription might need renewal. Just an amazing place!

This has definitely been one of the best pharmacies both my girlfriend and I have attended. The sole pharmacist there, Sonam, really goes above and beyond to provide a welcoming environment for every single patient. Both the clinic and the pharmacy has been beyond amazing. We are very lucky to have Sonam be our pharmacist along with the amazing staff at the clinic as well.

Highly recommend coming to this pharmacy and clinic! The staff are very friend and wait times are very short. Although I live far from their location, my preference is always to go to them for a doctor visit or prescription.
