Extremely dangerous, do NOT go here. Brought my car in for frequently losing power, charged me $155 and said it was fixed. Car died in the middle of the highway, and again when trying to get off the highway. My vehicle had a baby and a toddler sitting inside during this event and their negligence put their life in danger. Unacceptable.

I dropped off my 2013 Elantra on May 18th. '23, around 9:30 for its annual tire rotation along with a recall notice. I have an accessible parking permit and looked for the parking space. It's against the curb in the middle of the front row facing Hunt Club. I parked elsewhere. As I walked to the front door, I spotted the access ramp in the first parking place beside the curb. A car was parked on top of it. Thank you very much.* As I signed in with Ashlee at her service desk, I gave her my new license plate number. She entered it on her keyboard. My work order was printed out with the same wrong plate number that it's had before. I can hardly wait to see if anyone bothers to notice it when I mention it again in the fall.* By 4:45, I still hadn't heard from anyone.The recall work on the brake lines was taking longer than usual and they were backed up. Thanks for letting me know. By the time I got out of there it was 6:35. The so-called accessible spot was still occupied, there were no customers in sight, not even one.* My Uber driver, Nadine, must be new to driving. I told the adviser who called me that I would meet her at the front door to my apartment building. The address, in large letters, is on a long canopy over the main entrance, which is where I waited. And waited. She finally called and asked where I was, so I told her. She was calling from the visitor parking lot behind the building next to mine!! She has a GPS unit, but didn't think to look up to see where she was. If you get a driver named Nadine, get someone else.* I had to show her where the entrance to the dealership is. I picked up my car from the one person in service. After my paperwork and key were handed over, I turned to ask him where my car was. He had disappeared.- The End -

We purchased a 2018 Santa Fe XL Premium from Hyundai on Hunt Club and were very pleased with the Sales Dept. My problem is with the Service Dept. When we took delivery of the vehicle it was covered with a greasy film. The lot guy said it was a problem with the car wash system and yet they used it anyways. He cleaned it the best he could with a wet rag but when we took the vehicle to get it detailed, because of the grease and garbage left under the seat, the first thing the detail shop asked was what did you spray on your car?" After having the vehicle for a week we got our first rain and I discovered that all windshield wipes didn't work. They just smeared the water over the windshield. I figured seeing out the windshield during the rain was a safety item so I took it back to the dealership to talk to service. I then discovered that the service counter wanted me to book an appointment

I went in for my scheduled service 2 as per their guidelines as well as for a wobble on the passenger side. When I arrived I was advised I was due for service 3 which I had recently completed and was not due for another 6,000KM. The clerk insisted I never completed service 3. I requested access to my vehicle to get my records which was denied, she offered to print it for me, she only printed off my most recent service. I was adamant that service 3 was not yet required but it was completed anyways. I also questioned why my tires were not balanced upon installation her response “that’s not something we do”. A visit which should have cost me next to nothing ended up costing me near $450. I now have little trust in the staff at the Huntculb location.

Very bad customer service from their customer service representative . I had booked an appointment for today July 6 at 2 30 pm and had taken leave for work but the customer service called me at 1 30 pm and informed that my appointment is cancelled and next available appointment is only on 17th of July and was so rude . Please don’t treat customers so bad . Just because of you guys my service is getting delayed.

Car is unreliable. Have a 2022 Sonata within 10,000km the transmission completely broke. They fixed it with warranty car came back 8 days later with brake issues, went back and they told me that they will fix it for me for 370 or i can leave the issue. I left the issue and they said that i have to pay diagnostic fee which was stated that if they found any issues with the car i would not have to pay. He responds to me saying “He meant it was about the transmission and not anything else and that it was obvious” Basically assuming that i knew he only meant the transmission even though he stated “if there’s something wrong you dont pay the diagnostic fee”Very unprofessional service and lack of respect to customers.

Service dept. No longer open on weekends anymore. Had reviously purchased pre paid oil change package. Had issues with quality of work previously.
