The card machine was broken. But there was a male employee there that provided a solution to use the inside machine which I had to give him my card. He even gave me back my card wrapped in the receipt showing professionally handling my card. I respect that. So thank you to that employee for doing that.

Do not go to this location. Literally the worst service possible. Always gives you 75% of your cup ice. When you ask for less ice, they give you more ice. It's ridiculous. Any other starbucks that I've been to has given me less ice when requested. When you ask them to remake the drink, they argue sorry

Six people working and all six are focused on drive through orders. Had to wait at least 5min for someone to even acknowledge me standing there when I was the first person in the line. Yes, I get it, you have a huge drive through lineup but you can’t ignore walk-in customers for those who are sitting in their comfy cars. Not sure if I’ll ever go back to this location

I ordered a caramel frappuccino, with a double shot of expresso and my whole drink was watered down mainly taste like frozen ice and milk with no hint of coffee inside.

I was stuck in the line up for 46 minutes only to be told- there’s no base for any frappes. No signage out or someone telling customers. Just allowing people to wait a hour *because then I had to wait for the paying customers in front of me- make sure on weekends- especially long weekends to get enough product. Lately I’ve had this issue here *no whip cream, no crunch for the rib ion crunch, no mocha frappé ingredients. Like these are your most popular items and yet more and more this location just doesn’t have it. I can’t blame the workers because it’s not their fault at all but there needs to be a better ordering process.

This Starbucks location is always busy. There are long wait times for drive-thru are incredibly long during evening 5pm & morning 10am. They were once sold out and recommended to use another type of milk instead of coconut for the pink drink. Clearly, coconut milk is better suited for the drink. Be prepared to wait more than 20 minutes for your Starbucks. Tea, coffee, bakery, & lunch items are consistent in taste across Starbucks franchise.

Worst service ever… I mean if you’re serving till 9pm.. how could you close it 15min early and what more worst is people are in drive thru row waiting to order and it’s closed without any sign . Do you guys even know what customer service is and how to serve your customer. I never give review but literally I waste my 15 min there and cars behind me were honking like crazy. When I came to window, employees were having fun but don’t care to come to the window to inform us that it’s closed.

Honestly, the worst Starbucks!!!!!! So disappointed and angry!!!!!I’m a big lover of Starbucks coffee, but that’s not a first time experiencing this kinda treatment at this location.How Starbucks employs these young people working that slow and that lazy… I’ve waited 15 minutes and observed how they handled my mobile order.4 people working, 2 of them chit chat with each other…wasting someone’s time while they could make a coffee for the costumer and make their morning happy, instead a customer gets angry and don’t even want to say thank you to a girl that made coffee, sorry… but this location is ridiculous. Starbucks needs a better service here. I’ll never ever come here to pay 15$ and get angry at the beginning of my day. You pay that much so that you feel better, not the opposite…..
