I love this shop - the mix of products with books is great. Its open and airy so great for a browse and the staff are always cheerful and helpful.

I always have a pleasant experience at this store but today I was helped by Peter and he was AWESOME! I needed help with finding a gift for my son’s friend and he helped me find a gift and recommended some card games to play with my children. I was in an out of the store in 5 min thanks to his suggestions.I would also like to thank the lady at the cashier in the kids section who was also very helpful. I don’t remember her name, but I’ll update this review once I do.

Indigo is a large chain across the country so all of the locations are fairly consistent in their design. That being said, this location is very well laid out and has an enormous selection with all kinds of books. The added Starbucks is a nice touch to make this an overall great experience when looking for books. It’s also important to note that they have a great selection of home decor items; they seem to carry more than I’ve seen at other Indigos.

I don't often shop at this location but I was in the area. I didn't catch her name but I had an excellent cashier. She helped me through the entire process and was very kind. She stayed paitent with me despite there being a couple problems. She made my experience and time at this location a lot less stressful.

It is rare for me to review stores… normally restaurants… but I must say the service received this morning at Indigo was outstanding! I was shocked… in a really good way!I was chatting with the cashier about a gift bag, and another person popped up and offered to gift wrap it for free (it was a gift for a child). When she returned, with the wrapped gift, she also gave some kinetic samples for the child! Well done A++++

Nice place to spend an afternoon there. They have a Starbucks inside which is perfect for a coffee on the go while walking around.

Kevin went above and beyond this week. Both my wife and myself were impressed with his service as we are both regular shoppers. Despite this location not carrying as wide of a selection as other locations; we are looking forward to visiting again because the service is top their.
