It's a budget gym. All the equipment seems to be secondhand and three a discoloration creeping up the walls (possibly due to mold?). I didn't feel like anything here was worth a premium membership.I will give credit where it's due. The staff seemed nice and the tap water is free.You can get a free (5 day) trial and I'd highly suggest that before getting any membership or daypass as your experience may vary.

The gym is small with not much room to move between equipment. The equipment is old, but works well. The area is clean and staff is friendly.Price is fair, but no free trial which is not cool.

Dropped in for a couple of workouts, as my regular gym was closed due to recent snowstorm. Reasonable day-pass rate, only $10.... Gym is very well-equipped, with several squat-racks and benches. All the equipment there was great. It seems the older equipment is better designed than what you'd find at many gym franchises as they hit the body-parts properly. Gym is well laid out, all machines are excellent. Clientelle are sensible.... I'd like to see this guy open a gym in centre St. Johns, as he'd certainly fill a niche that others have clearly missed.... Good to see a gym-owner who knows how to get it right. Highly recommend it!

The best gym I ever been to, the staff is always keeping it super clean and they're super friendly. The owner seems really down to earth and always welcoming for people wanting to get in to fitness! Definitely a good place for anyone wanting to start or wanting to switch to a new gym!
