Mario was super helpful in getting my phone and mobile plan set up! It took awhile due to several complications. He was extremely patient and went the extra mile in finding a phone number I wanted.

I had been planning on upgrading from my old iPhone 6 for quite some time. I stopped by the Wireless Etc kiosk in the Bayers Lake Costco today and dealt with a salesperson named Jamarlo, who I found to be very articulate, polite and knowledgeable.He took the time to explain the process of upgrading to a newer iPhone, what the associated costs would be and what plan would be required. We were able to have a few laughs during the process and there was no pressure to commit to buying anything.I am pleased with my new iPhone 14 and the complimentary earbuds and chargers that were included with my purchase. Based on my recent experience I would definitely do business with both Jamarlo and Wireless Etc again.

We were very pleased with the the service Mario provided. He was upfront about everything and provided us with the information we needed to make the decision on the phone and plan. No pressure. We will definitely be going back to see Mario at Costco halifax. His coworker Denzel was a pleasure also.

We had a great experience at this Costco Mobile centre. The associates quicky ascertained our needs, offered us some options that matched (didn't try to upsell), sorted out the activation and explained everything we needed to know effectively. We were truly impressed with the quality of service.

Mario did a fantastic job setting up my new phone, showed patience and provided a turn key service. He even transferred the data from the old phone, put on my screen protector and the phone cover. Highly recommend this place.

My fiance and I were looking to upgrade her phone and decided to check out Costco while we did a haul of groceries, and both of us are sure glad we did!Our sales rep/ associate, Victoria, was beyond helpful, extremely pleasant to work with, and truly went above and beyond to help us! From walking me through adding my work EPP status on my current account to adding on my fiance's new phone and walking us through all the paperwork, even asking questions to get the full value of what we could, Victoria did so with a calm and pleasant demeanor. Absolutely made repeat customers out of us! She deserves recognition for an amazing experience! Thank you Victoria!!

The staff at Costco cellular were amazing. They explained everything in regards to be switching to an iPhone for years. I didn’t want to take an iPhone because I didn’t think it could do some of the things my android did and Justin especially was amazing in explaining everything and telling me all the options at the iPhone has now so I think I’m a converted iPhone personnel and they took so much time having Marco it was a very positive experience

Justin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He reviewed my plan and how beneficial the various offers were. Saved me a ton of dough and gave exemplary customer service while selling three new phones! Amazing

Service was good and options well explained.I opted for the screen protector with a lifetime guarantee only to find out it will not allow biometrics use. This was not explained so will return it.
