I have to admit I was hesitant at first to hire Noodle Wave when I was a new business owner trying to keep costs down. I trusted my instinct and jumped in and I haven't regretted it for a minute! This review is long overdue. A few years back I decided that my practice needed to better articulate our brand, and what we are about. Roy and his team were introduced through a mutual friend, and we set up a phone call to talk about the project and to define it. At first I thought, how is this going to work? We’re not in the same city, state, country. Roy and I spent at least two hours on the phone trading stories, connecting, figuring out what drives me, and talking through what my needs were as a business owner. With a relatively short deadline my website was up and running in under 2 months, and what a difference it made. People were noticing it, we had more contacts from the website in the first week than we did with our old site in 3 years. It was fresh, exciting, eye catching, to the point, authentic and a true reflection of me as a person and as a practice. What really stood out to me was that he took the time to listen to what I was looking for, and was able to inject some ideas that were tried and true to make sure the project was a success. 3 years in, this is one of the best decisions I made as a young practice owner. On the 10th anniversary of our dental facility, housing separate pediatric dentistry, orthodontics and adult dentistry practices, we decided to re-invent ourselves by re-branding, building three new websites and take our marketing to a whole new level.
