They just dont come.Twice we had snowstorms this season and twice we had to intercept another company on the street and ask/tip them to do it after 26 hours of not passing nor responding to what they refer as “urgent requests” . If you cannot pass at least once during a snowstorm over 26 hours while other companies pass multiple times do not sell us the service. And especially tell your employees to not justify it’s normal because “there is a lot of snow” and still not send anyone. It’s not that there is too much snow, it’s that you committed to a service you are unable to render. “A lot of snow” days is exactly what you are hired for. Everyone of your customers on our street is mad and wants their money back. Please be honest that you cannot deliver, so far you have shown that our street does not figure on your path at all.

I would give this 0 if i could. The worst plowing service ive ever gotten. Dont be fooled by the cheap prices. You pay for them to never show up.I send multiple automated options in their call saying city plow has passed" or "ive changed location of my car". Never see them.Today

First major snowfall of the season: competitors came 3 times while they came once when snow stopped. Now today competitors came another 3 times, city 3 times too. This company? No show. Had to shovel this morning to exit driveway, after work can’t park in my driveway and city gives tickets when parked in the street. Can’t leave any messages on the phone number provided. Money paid for services not rendered.

1st snowfall of the season: they never showed up. Didn't wanna make a big fuss. Had to leave, saw my neighbour's company clearing his driveway and tipped him 20$ to do mine as well. (even though i pay my own company to do it)2nd snowfall of the season: While all other driveways have been cleared more than once by 9 am, mine was still untouched. Started shovelling and had to go bring kids to daycare. When I came back, city had passed. Shovelled one side again and went back in garage. By 11, had to leave again but to my disbelief, still nothing. So I called them, woman on phone said it's not normal and that she will urgently send someone. I waited another 30 minutes, nothing. So I shovelled.... I called them multiple times from work to make sure they clear it before 6pm (it was snowing all day) Again, the same message, I will send someone urgently. 6:30 pm I get home, not once they passed (i have a camera). Again, another tractor was there, gave him another 20$. Called again, they said we have too many clients. Oh ok, if you can't handle it, give me back my money and I'll just go with another company. Even better, might as well just go with no one and pay 20$ to a driver every time there's a storm

Customer service is so rude and unprofessional. You need to call and get attitude to have a chance of snow removal and even then NOONE shows up. This is modern day theft. I am scared to see how the damage they did will get repaired. I can’t I understand how we paid and they are getting away with not providing the service mentioned in their contract.

Wish I had read all these reviews before I handed over our hard earned money. First major snowfall of the season turned to rain and they never removed the snow in my driveway. Now I have an inch or so of ice in parts of my driveway. Definitely not renewing with them for next year, but unfortunately they already have my money.

this is the worse company for snow removal on the island of Montreal. I will never renew with them again. I called at 8AM this morning and it’s now 5PM and still haven’t shown up. I remove the snow from my own drive way because they fail as a company. I hope they go out of business because they’re horrible. Stay away!

After having JC for a number of years I decided to give them a chance. Price was tempting. What a mistake. You get what you pay for. On major snow storm the showed up about 5 hours after JC cleaned all driveways on my street. On 29 December they never showed up and I had to shovel snow myself in order to get out with my car.They figured out it will be raining in the next three days and they don’t need to come. In the meantime JC pass by my neighbors 3 times . I have cameras and I can see all activities on the street. Avoid at all costs. If you need them they won’t be there for you. Terrible, terrible. Never again. Don’t be fooled by low price. Scam.

I have never used this cliche before today: If I could give zero stars, I would. Failed every snowfall, even after calling to notify of plow passing and/or cars moved. Four different services work our street; every time (five times so far) every other house is done before us, and once we didn't get cleared at all. I called to inquire, was curteous and calm, and was met with rudeness. I couldn't even get a word in, she kept talking over me, then told ME I was in a bad mood and hung up on me.Update! Today, they actually CAME. Here's the job they did!
