This is my go to place for blood work since I moved to Toronto. Always go on saturdays, as I work monday to friday. Although it's a busy day for them, they do their best to keep the work and pacient's experience run smoothly.I once went for a glucose test while pregnant and had to take this sugary drink, a few minutes later I felt fainting and one of the staff members promptly took me to one of the rooms to lie down until I felt better.Thank you so much for that.

I didn't need to book appointment, just walked in. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I was in and out around 20 minutes including waiting time for washroom. Good place to get the test done, and the result came next day .

I am super happy for this alternative lab to LifeLabs. It is so easy to book appointments online and with an appointment, your visit is much more smooth. I recommend going in the morning during the week. It’s less crowded. Thanks to Marilyn for doing a good job for a smooth venipuncture.They even make your results available online once you provide your email address.My experience was great. Hope it is the same for everyone else too.

I have visited this lab several times now. They are always available for walk-ins. Never made me wait long. Always professional, polite and accommodating. Today Marilyn did my bloodwork and I didn't feel a thing. She was kind and gentle and quick! 100% recommend this place.

Convenient and closed to other medical services available in this building. The staff are articulate and efficient. Never had any issues here. It was not busy and I was called within 5 mins of checking in.

The staff is very very rude.Why do you pay for that disrespctful staff??-They need to train first how to treat a patient and not to feel discomfort and have friendly and lovely environment. They don't have idea that what's happening to the patient
