I had a great experience during my first visit to GLO Antiaging Youth Lab. The physical space is beautiful, the staff is warm and knowledgeable and Kim was incredible; a skilled perfectionist. They also have a great selection of products. I will be back!

I went in for a skin consult as I had some challenges with my skin. I brought in my stuff, we reviewed everything and they got me organized. It’s been a week since and my skin is glowing and no longer irritated. I am so grateful. Thank you.

I have visited a few different clinics for Filler and Botox, and Glo is by far the best I’ve been to. I saw Kait and she did an absolutely amazing job with my cheek and chin filler. I was a bit nervous as I’ve only ever had lip filler, but Kait was very informative during the consultation and throughout the service! She discussed all my options and made sure I was well informed when deciding which areas of my face to treat. The results are absolutely beautiful too. Highly, highly recommend!

I’ve had a red face my whole life, I came in for Botox and Britney asked me about my redness and told me about BBL. I’ve done 3 treatments and the results are unbelievable!! Glo is hands down the BEST in the Okanagan! The reception staff always make you feel welcome and taken care of. I personally go to Kim for my treatments and she is so lovely & takes the time with her patients! I recommend GLO to everyone I know!

Kim is amazing, she is so warm and welcoming. Very thorough and will let you know what the potential cost of treatment is and confirm you're okay with it. She is very knowledgeable when is comes to skincare, and injectables and will consult with colleagues if she isn't 100% sure. Together we figured out what was best for my skin health as I had a lot of sun damage and what products I should be using and what I should be avoiding and how my skincare routine will change as the season in Kelowna go by. I can't recommend Kim enough!

I just had a Visia skin analysis done and was so impressed with the education I got on skincare, completely personalized to my own skin and its issues. I'm starting a new skin care regime that I'm so excited about. I've used the products they carry before and LOVED them and how they made my skin look and feel. The staff are lovely here and the space is so beautiful. I'm excited to try the BBL to correct my sun damage next!

Glo is an absolutely fantastic place and I would never go anywhere else. I was very nervous getting my first ever botox done and Kim answered all my questions confidently and professionally. I could tell she knew what she was talking about and trusted her fully. Once in the clinic, her kindness and calmness helped to ease my nerves and she walked me through the whole process from beginning to end so I never felt like I didn’t know what was going on. She was quick to respond with follow up questions afterwards during recovery to again aid in my anxiety. The results were amazing and I have already booked another botox session with her. Kim also did a full facial assessment for me and recommended a daily cleanser, moisturizer and toner which is already changing my life and making my skin look and feel 100% better than it did before. Overall I love the results I am getting from Glo, the service from the front desk ladies and Kim is amazing, and I am feeling like my best self because of them. 10/10 would recommend.

I have been going to Chelsea for all my aesthetic needs for a few years now and she along with the whole team are the BEST. Even when I mixed up an appointment time they were so understanding, no cancellation fee AND managed to still get me in the very next day. I appreciate this business so much and all they have done to go above and beyond for me !

Nurse Kim is amazing !! I’ve tried out multiple injectors and was having trouble finding the right one . I am so happy with my face ! She knows exactly how to help you figure out the perfect plan . I’ve had trouble finding injectors who work with you to achieve the look you’re going for , she was able to get me to where I wanted with filler and botox and knew just what to suggest. It feels good knowing the money you’re spending is totally worth it . If you aren’t exactly sure what you want but know your end goal she is the go to!
