Make a liquor call at 8:15PM, NSLC closes at 9PM. I call back at 9:20PM asking about my order. He says go I thought we dropped that off already, hold on one minute. Puts me on hold for 5 minutes, comes back, sorry bud breakdown in communication, we didn't pick it up. NSLC is now closed at this point. These guys are useless.

They pick liquor up for teenagers. I'd advise you check ID. The next time my kid gets it from you I will be calling the police.

I'm not sure if it's when certain people are working but almost everytime I call to order something from them it usually ends in me waiting around for an hour or more then getting a phone call about some excuse on why they couldn't do it. One time I ordered something from McDonald's, waited for 2 hours to get a phone call that they were closed"

They can be quite busy sometimes and naturally that will cause delays. But the lady is always really nice and will tell you upfront if it will take a while. The drivers are all very nice too!

We called and were told it will be a little bit so we were thinking like 20-30 minutes we ended up Waiting two hours then called to see where it was turns out it wasn’t even on the way yet then we waited another 20 minutes and ended up canceling it

if I could give 10 stairs I would ...I couldn't think of a single bad thing about these guys Even if I tried. These guys are pretty incredible not only did they deliver what I needed even when it was close to closing time for that place I was also a a couple of dollars short because they don't take debit and they were so okay with it they're really awesome and the girl had even given me a lighter cuz I asked her for a light and she just gave it to me just awesome service.
