J'adore .... Un endroit où tout est sous le même toit.... Et surtout où les gens sont accueillants et entrainants ..... More than a gym, a place where we feel good, the vibe is great and energetic! As for me, zumba is my favorite cours. Sylvie, the instructor is a machine, and the feeling we have at the end of the training is AMAZING!!!

Great place! It has all the things you need related to health and fitness. They have Zumba, Zumbawear Boutique, Yoga, Massage, Hair Removal, Spinning, Gym and so much more...truly an amazing facility.
