We recently had new tap installation from city main and relocation of plumbing and water meter inside the house.The Water Guys (Will Mather) did a fantastic job in less than 3 hours for a VERY decent price.Will looked for the easiest and most affordable way to reconnect our water service rather than trying to take advantage of the situation.We had a great experience working with will and his team. Highly professional, honest and knowledgeable of the water operations department at the city of London which made our lives so much easier as he was in constant and direct communication with water operations and us.The water Guys are definitely our plumber team to go to from now on.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I cannot say enough good things about the service we had from this company. Not only was the price significantly less than the other quotes but the service was fast and friendly. By using the 'rocket' technology they were able to to decrease the time and digging required to complete and if it's possible our basement may have even been cleaner that when they started. They accommodated our schedule and were even able to complete the work in a single day. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs similar work done. A+++

This is the 2nd time I have used these guys to renew my water service. The 1st property was to replace an old lead service and this time was to replace a water line and bury below the frost line to be able to enjoy our cottage in the winter. They came out to Grand Bend (from London) and provided a quote with an estimated date of completion. (3 weeks) Several locates had to be done and they arranged all of those with the utility companies for me. As soon as the locates were done(within 2 weeks), they booked me in for service within 4 days. They arrived on time and finished the job on time. My job required a new service at a cottage property which was built elevated on a sandy surface. They explained to me to possible issues that could arise from shooting the rocket into sand which help explain the increase cost of my service. They had to dig a large hole in the middle of my cottage along with in the middle of my sandy driveway.The job went according to plan and they filled in the hole on the inside along with regrading the outside driveway. They explained to me that if for some reason when the sand settles and it creates a dip the driveway, they will show up with a trailer fill of sand fix any grading issues. I highly recommend Will and Joe, the London Water Guys!!

Will and his team were great. I bought a house in London and needed a lead water service line replaced. They were able to do everything without me having to come to town (I live in a different city).They were super responsive and did most of our comms over text message, which I prefer.Honestly, didn’t have to worry about anything.
