Very pleased from start to finish with the quality of work and customer service I received after dealing with ice storm damage. Workers were always communicative keeping me updated on everything and always on time each day. Very clean, left everything boxed up nicely and spotless. Special thanks to Ruth, Frank, Paul and Chris. I don’t know the names of the initial crew of men and women involved in the start of things doing clean up, takedown and packing. Thank you Belfor!

I contacted Belfor because I wanted some repairs and renovations on my home and because of their excellent reputation. Frank Rubino was outstanding with respect to the way he responded so quickly and addressed everything in an extremely accurate way. He understood our specific needs as individuals in addition to the work that needed to be completed. The ease of dealing with Frank and this company from the start was fantastic. They were efficient and completed the work in exactly the amount of time that they had predicted even though we threw some extra work at them.The cleanliness was second to none and I would recommend Belfor anytime for anything that anyone may require. The staff was pleasant and hard-working and never got in our way and we never had to remind or follow up on anything.Mike spent the most time at our home and on top of doing excellent work he was a fine human being with a great character. Mike was dependable, quiet, trustworthy and meticulous. He went above and beyond to please us and it was a pleasure having him here for the three week time period.Rob worked along side of Mike for the first week and a half and he did a great job and was also very friendly.Chrissy and Jason constructed containments in our home where the work was being performed and these containments made sure that no debris from the work are got into the rest of the home.Chrissy and Manaka came later and did all the post-construction clean-up and were fantastic.George helped Mike do some painting and was very competent and kind. Even Aaron, Jason, Ethan and Eric were all excellent.Belfor has my highest recommendation and I am extremely please with the outcome of the services that they provided for me.

My personal experience with the Belfor team and protocol was solid. I noticed the staff to be thorough and accurate with job requirements, but at the same time having a caring respectful attitude toward those facing their unfortunate situation.I was in the position to witness daily job requirements and how they were performed by the Belfor Team members........they always went for 100%.

Call after hour emergency number and Neil came to meet with us and walked us through the next steps. Neil got everything/ roofing company all lines up for us. They were very professional also. We had Belfor out to repair our basement. Every single employee we worked with was professional, on time and efficient. Amelia, Madeline and Menaka treated our belongings with excellent care. Paul’s attention to detail with drywall, paint and trim was exceptional. Ruth’s organization and communication throughout the whole project was appreciated. We are so pleased with the finished basement!

We recently had Belfor out to do some drywall work in our home and had a great experience. Rick was very communicative and kept us well informed throughout the whole process. The job was completed very quickly from start to finish. Paul and Mario showed up when they said they would each day and always made sure to let us know of their plans for the next day before leaving. They were very respectful of our home making sure to re-plastic off the area well each day and cleaned up well before they left for the day. They were working in a central area of our home so this attention to detail was much appreciated. The work was completed very quickly and looks great!

BELFOR Property Restoration, is an amazing company to work with, some of their customers buy products from my place of work (Naylor's Kitchen & Bath) and they are very knowledgeable about the products, as well as know exactly what would work best for their clients, I would recommend them to anyone that is going to do work on their house.
