InspiAIR Quinte Oxygen & CPAP

5 stars right away for the amazing customer service I received from Nicole from the beginning of my first interaction and on. They are very community oriented and take great pride in their brand. The product selection is great and they go the extra mile to find the mask and machine to best fit your day to day needs. I highly recommend InspiAIR to everyone in need of a CPAP specialist who cares as much as they do.

I have dealt with this team for about 2 years and when I requested 2 items and went to pick them up they informed me that one of the items was at the new store and wasn't available right then. Rather than make me wait till the new store opened 3 days later they arranged to drop off the missing piece later the same day to my home. This is exactly the kind of customer care that will keep me coming back. Thank you to everyone involved.

Both my husband and myself are so pleased with the outstanding service at Inspiair in Belleville. We had a terrible time with a previous company whose staff did not demonstrate any concern or follow up and we were actually ready to give up on our CPAPS.Both Nichole and Sonia at Inspiair are knowledgeable, kind and patient. They took time to have us try different masks until we got the one that fit each of us properly. They also adjusted the air pressure and humidity required, and gave us regular follow up reports. We are now both using our machines nightly and starting to feel the difference. I urge anyone to go to Inspiair for excellent customer service.

I'm not usually one to give reviews but I had to take the time to share my positive experience for others so that you all know that you can count on InspiAIR staff to be most helpful and pleasant. For me what really stood out was how they went above and beyond to ensure that I had what I needed, they and helped me tremendously with my benefits to ensure I got the most coverage possible. The lady who helped me today really was so kind and represents the company well, but I must say every staff member I have encountered anytime I have been or called has been a delight. :) I highly recommend InspiAIR for your CPAP needs.

As a Inspiair’s client for several years, I started to notice that the prices were awfully high, so I did a little research. Inspiair had charged me $350 for a mask that their competitors usually sell 300$. Also, they sell the mask cushions $95 instead of $80, the normal price at their competitors. Nicole Esch explained to me that their prices include a 3 month warranty, an exchange program, a Healthcare Professional measure, fit, and education on the equipment. I’m very sorry, Nicole, but you are the only person in that industry that charges $350 for a $300 mask just because you gave a few information to the client about it! I’m leaving Inspiair for good!

Inspiair has always provided the highest level of patient care and customer service to me in my dealings with them. Nicole is an extremely well informed Respiratory Therapist and has always provided me with the best information and care. Her knowledge and politeness are assets to her customers. She has helped me immensely with information and supplies. I will always deal with her for all my and my families respiratory (COPD) and CPAP needs. I Highly recommend her and her business to all who might be looking for respiratory supplies or a knowledgeable staff to pose questions too.

Yesterdays visit was wonderful, right from the phone call with Linda, to the appointment with Sonia. Very polite and caring individuals. InspiAir were very helpful when my husband needed both home oxygen and a CPAP machine, and now they have been very kind in helping myself as well with a CPAP machine appointment. Would highly recommend this Belleville location.

Love InspiAIR! I got alot of personal attention, and they were great to answer questions, help me fit my mask, provide expert product advice, and even some helpful regular maintenance tips and reminders...definitely a one stop shop for all things CPAP...professional respiratory therapists are there to assist you....I'm never going anywhere else!
