The Roving Restaurant
Our experience with Chris at The Roving Restaurant was amazing. The five course meal was as good or better than any meal I've had in the city, the cost was extremely reasonable, there was no cleanup required, just an outstanding meal with friends at a fraction of the cost of going out to an expensive restaurant. Highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for an amazing and affordable dining experience.

My parents 50th wedding anniversary was last night and we could not have created a more special and unique celebration than the one Chris and Nicole gave us. The food was astounding and the presentation stunning. Your love for your craft Chris is easy to see and we were so impressed and grateful to have you as our chef. It made a special night spectacular. Thank you again from everyone who was fortunate enough to experience it and we all will be seeing you both again.

Highly recommend! We hired Chris to come in and cook the 5-course Spanish tasting menu for a group of friends. Everything tasted absolutely amazing! Chris was so well prepared, explained every dish to us, made equally delicious accommodations for a vegetarian in the group, and left my kitchen as clean as when he arrived. We definitely plan to make this experience a regular thing and can't wait to try his other menus!

I’ve enjoyed both the Newfoundland and Spanish tasting menus and I cannot choose which one I liked more. Both were so delicious. Great experience! Definitely recommend!

Cannot recommend The Roving Restaurant enough. We chose the Spanish menu, and enjoyed five delicious courses that were unique, well portioned and exceptionally tasty! Chris is a true professional, and his expertise and careful preparation are evident. He even cleans as he goes, so there's no mess to worry about after the event is complete. Don't hesitate in booking!
