PC Medic got my computer cleaned up and running like a top. I dropped it off in the morning, and it was fixed and ready to go the next day. Great service.

Doug and his team were fantastic. They were able to get our Windows 10 device (crashed in a blue screen loop) back up and running in record time while also re-installing some of my most important apps and saving all my data. They were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and very timely. Would highly recommend!

Asked for a password to be placed on my laptop and never happened. Was sold a used laptop cord and wasn't told that it couldn't be returned. The cord was broken n I couldn't get my money back. Was given a cord I wasn't happy with in replacement. The brand new power cords are sold for $25 more then Best Buy and same product. I bought a brand new cord for $5 more then the used cord. I don't recommend ever going here.

I took my laptop in to have the screen replaced. I was given the quote of $150 for the screen and 2 hours labour ($160). I prefer to deal locally, so I let them go ahead. Upon doing some research, I could have purchased the screen for $80 (Amazon) and watched several videos of screens being replaced at an average of 15 to 20 minutes.I let the gentleman at PC Medic know of my dissatisfaction and disappointment and the only reaction was I'm sorry you feel that way"I will be shopping around to every PC repair shop from now on before setting foot in this shop again."

They took longer than said, and then offered to buy laptop for super cheap price, then get home with it and realize it's worse than when I brought it in. Not cool...thankfully my dad was able to fix it!

Had issues with a dropped/damaged computer that would not turn on. PC Medic recovered my data and diagnosed the problem as a damaged hardrive. They quickly got it back to working order by installing a new one. Good professional service and pricing was honest. Thanks!

PC Medic was absolutely amazing. Not only did they have Saturday hours, they were very quick and accommodating They managed to fix the issue and save all data. Problem was fixed for less than $100. All other shops contacted wanted to completely wipe out PC or install new motherboard for $300+. Will definitely be using PC Medic in the future. Thanks for the great service!

I normally fix my computers myself but I was in Thunder Bay for business when the screen hinge on my laptop broke so I thought it would be easier to find a repair store. I'm very happy I went to PC Medic. Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant and knowledgeable. They determined what the problem was and confirmed that it would be covered by warranty which they made sure was still in effect. They took pictures of the defect and emailed it to me so that starting my warranty claim would go smoothly. They could have charged me more to fix the problem themselves but instead were honest about the warranty. If I ever need a computer fix I will return here without question! PC Medic have solved problems for us that should only be done by a professional. We had a memory stick that would not allow us access to our files, and they recovered them. My laptop always ran hot and was really slowing down, and they cleaned it up and gave it a brand new life. They have fixed our other laptop that was giving us issues. I've recently bought a brand new laptop from them, which not only saved me more than $200 dollars, but I know if I have issues or don't understand something, they are there for me. Seriously, I wouldn't trust anyone else with my computer or my personal files. They truly are the best, affordable, and really pleasant to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate a second to recommend them to anyone with computer issues.
