Andrey is the best! I called around to many places before finding Promaster online and no one was willing to help. As soon as I called Andrey, he fit me into his schedule same day and was able to diagnose the issue with my fridge and repair it in no time. If it wasn’t for him, I would’ve been forced to buy a brand new fridge. I highly recommend this company to everyone and I promise you won’t be disappointed.

I would highly recommend this company he was referred to me by a family member who also highly recommended. Andre spoke very professionally, was genuine and sincere with his service and cost. The day before he came another 2 appliances had issues so I called him he told me don't worry he will take a look at both of them since he was already there then let me know if he could fix it the same day. He finished all repairs quickly and the quote was very reasonable. He was friendly and went over and above. Will rely on him for all future appliance repairs. Thanks Andrey!

Andrey came to my home and repaired my washing machine. He was very polite and professional. He repaired it on the spot. Saved me a ton of stress. Thanks Andrey! Another thing is that he is trustworthy and honest which is hard to find these day. Will definitely be calling him if I ever need assistance with any appliance going forward.

Excellent service! I called Andrey on Saturday afternoon about my broken washing machine. He was there within 30 mins and got straight to work on it. In just over an hour it was put back together and fully functional. He had all the tools and supplies he needed, was friendly and helpful, showed us how to fix the problem for next time, and helped us to tidy up the area. I will call him again if I need any future appliance repair.

When our 3 yr old microwave died, we called around to a few places. We chose this company because they had competitive pricing and they could make it out to our place the quickest. Andrey was very professional, and communicative throughout the duration of the servicing, and he was able to resolve the issue in a timely manner. If I ever need an appliance repair person in the future, I would definitely call Andrey again.
