Absolutely delightful experience. The communication is very thorough - you can even get text / email updates on your services. Sabrina, my receptionist and new best friend, is so cheerful and explained everything in a way that I could understand. She is very knowledgeable and helped me through my process as the only thing I know about cars is how to drive them. My service was much cheaper than I expected which was a pleasant surprise. I was driving my car again within two days, and everything feels great. I have peace of mind, and a new go-to mechanic. I will be back for all my car needs.

I called J&J when my car suddenly showed a Low oil light. And there was oil leaking under the engine. They took me in very quickly and fixed the leak very fast. Great service! All at a modest price. Great people!

We've been taking our cars to J & J Automotive now for more than dozen years and have found Jamie and his team to be knowledgeable, honest, fair, and extremely competent. They understand what it takes to get me back on the road in a fast and friendly way. Isn't it always an inconvenience to take your car in for repairs? Their wonderful level of customer service makes the task a lot less painful. I highly recommend their service whether it be an oil change, brakes, steering or whatever. Issues with 2008 Highlander, not essential items ie rear window washer/wiper ceased, window no longer opening. I wasn't prepared to put much $ into it, these are all luxuries I'm accustomed to living without. Jaimie got it all working, good as new, for substantially less than I had expected. Again, am very grateful to have a mechanic I can trust on every front.
