We went in for the pop bottle sale on news year eveWe completed the transaction (approved on the pos) and their system froze. We showed them our visa statement (through our banking app) and showed that it went through but they were skeptical and treated us as if we were shop lifters. Had to leave my name and phone number saying if we are out of balance come close we will be calling"Absolutely ridiculous to be accused of that even showing proof

Went in for children’s Advil, since I have a child that’s very sick and with there being a shortage, fair enough thought I would try my luck. As I’m looking for the medicine aisle, I see an employee, Sandra, give a customer a box of children’s Advil.Just to overhear their conversation, that Sandra had it on hold in the back and she already paid for it… giving this guy the medicine for free.As a store, I’m surprised you’re allowed to hold coveted items for employees and then pick and choose who they’re handed out to.

I don't understand the bad reviews. I've always found the pharmacy staff to be very helpful, and get my prescriptions filled there. I find the BeWell" app is a great way to track and order prescription refills .... it makes life easy!"

Don't listen to the negative reviews. Got a prescription filled and in a very reasonable time frame when I needed it to be filled after having been in the emergency department at the hospital. The staff pharmacy are never ever rude. I know all of the staff and each of the pharmacy locations in Owen Sound. I highly recommend!

Love shopping at this pharmacy. Its always clean & organized. Specials are well stocked. I find all staff friendly & very helpful. Ajay is very patient when answering questions & actually interested in helping. I have had no issues whatsoever. Good staff

I would like to compliment A.J. And the Gentleman who does the Rexall Deliveries for this store. They were extremely helpful in getting my prescription delivered.When I was injured. The service was top rate.The Pharmacy staff that I know have always been very helpful. Al, Katlyn, Kathy, Ivy. I apologize for not knowing the names of the other staff. I'm very frustrated and disappointed with my last visit. The pharmacist, I believe the manager, was incredibly rude about my prescription. He talked down to me about paying full price for it, how long it would take to make, and how it was not a priority. He then realized he didn't have everything required to even make it. At this point he called ONE pharmacy in Southampton and claimed that no other pharmacy in Owen Sound could possibly make it. Which was not true as I ended up getting it at Shopper's. He made the assumption that a. I had a vehicle to go anywhere, and b. That I was naive enough to believe his blatant lie. I needed this prescription and he had no bedside manner. Not going back.

My partner never complains and doesn’t like doctor visits. After getting his second covid vaccine he now has pain in his chest, shortness of breath, sore and swollen throat with dizziness. When he called the pharmacy they advised him to go to emerg. Emerg was useless. But many hours later the pharmacy called to follow up and see how he was feeling. They’re even going to follow up tomorrow. They showed concern because of the lack of care in emergency. This pharmacy showed better bedside manner and compassion than the emergency department in Owen Sound. Absolutely marvellous care. We appreciate it a great deal.

Been with this pharmacy now for 4 months, it's great thus far. I see no reason to listen to the 1 star reviews, they're older posts and you can't blame the pharmacist for coverage issues that you should be taking up with your insurance company. I've called in scripts with short notice (like 30 mins) and they were ready when I got there every time. I also was in a jam for a medication that was one most pharmacies don't carry in stock (order as needed due to cost) and they went out of their way to find another store that had a few left over in the area - they even drove it to this location. Good selection, prices are fine and staff is very friendly. I'll use this over a shoppers any day!
