New Wave was there for me when I needed them most. I needed help quick and Stacy was there for me. A quickly returned call prompt diagnosis and my computer was back to me the next day, and on a weekend! Honest, friendly, fast service at a reasonable price, can't ask for more!

I contacted Stacy because I had an issue with an old, slow laptop and was skeptical of the 'Big Box' Store's computer repair service. He responded to my inquiry very quickly, clarified my laptop issues and recommended a very reasonable upgrade to improve it's performance. It was completed on time, within the price quoted plus a few helpful tips. I am extremely happy with the quality of his work and his customer service attitude. I highly recommend!

Recommended.The long story: About two and a half years ago, I made the grave mistake of purchasing an expensive high-end gaming laptop that has - in the short time I've owned it - failed in just about every single way a computer CAN fail, short of physically exploding while I'm trying to use it". Whenever I've had a problem the manufacturer's warranty refuses to cover (brief aside: the hinge breakage was not "accidental damage" unless you consider "gently closing the laptop exactly as intended" an accident) I've taken it to Stacy. Stacy gave me an estimate of the cost and I dropped the laptop off with him. He called back a few hours later and told me he was able to fix the fan, so it cost less and faster.
