Have brought the vehicle in 3 times explaining my brakes are squealing each time being assured everything is fine only to drive away literally having them squeal leaving the shop.Update: the dealership reached out to have the shop foreman drive with me to listen to the squeal and was able to determine the source of the issue which can now be fixed. Appreciate the response!

I bought a 2023 Ranger. I ordered it in Sept 2022 and it took Ford seven months to deliver but I got what I wanted. Jubilee honored the price and interest rate offered in September. Jan (sales) and Travis (financing) were great explaining everything and answering all my questions. One of my bosses had recommended Jubilee to me.

My dream car, 2019 Mustang gt 5.0, with Roush Supercharger. Bought new June 2019 from Jubilee. 727 hp claimed. Just over 8000 k, always running premium, engine was missing, running roughly, and took in for service. Service said spark plug was bent almost flat without proper gap. They straightened gap, gave it back to me and had me come back a week later for plug replacement. Not long after, engine running worse, took back to shop. Turns out major issue. Plug (now two plugs) flattened was due to piston piece(s?) broken off. Probably detonation according to an opinion from someone who saw engine and who builds serious engines. Now experiencing warranty challenges. More to come. Wow. Now considering Corvette.. Second review after repairs - nice work - new crate, blower and updated tune from Roush. Yee Gods! A bit of a challenge, but the results have me rethinking non-vette. Ford and Roush have worked out an algorithm that is an affordable beast...third review after 11k, throttle body issue repaired quickly by Cobra tech Justin, knows his stuff! Sticking with the Stang...4th review after circa 12k on chassis, two yrs since new crate, complete engine failure again. 3 weeks after 1k tow bill to shop, I got the call. Probably no warranty. Ouch. As my wife said, who was with me when it blew, looks and rumbles like a sports car, but you can't drive it like one. After doing some online research, those thinking Roush package should reconsider, maybe look at VMP, Edelbrock, Procharger or Whipple. Awaiting my options from the dealer, but Corvette Summer sounds a lot better than Mustang Sally (better slow that Mustang down) will consider changing one star rating depending on outcome. Embarrassing photo of tow uploaded one month after bringing broken stang to Jubilee..two months after engine failure, got the call, turns out Roush dropped the ball, didnt change out cats when first blowup happened, they didnt inform dealer of need to do this until second blowup. Negilgence apparent. Do I need a lawyer? Considering.. Upgraded Jubilee rating, will have to revisit my Roush postings.

They took my truck in same day, without an appointment (I was the first one there as well).They figured out the problem, and repaired it same day. They also worked with the Ford dealership where I purchased the truck, as they had requested I take the truck in to a dealership closest to me. The other Ford dealership also covered the cost for me, and Jubilee had no concerns.It all worked out great, with both Jubilee and Discovery Ford working together to make me a satiisfied customer.

I just bought my new car from Jubilee and I couldn't have had a better experience! We drove in from out of town and they got things done so fast. I worked with Jan in sales and it was stress free and they handled everything with ease.

Was fortunate enough to work with Jared Hedley when trying to get a new escape. The cars were extremely hard to find but he managed to get the spec exactly what we wanted. Shipping was also delayed due to the crazy car markets but he kept us up to date on the progress and was always quick to respond. Overall great experience! If you want a new vehicle I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Jared!

Very friendly staff. Sadly did not diagnose the problem at hand. Instead replaced parts that may not of been needed. Issues continued therefor even after replacing those parts they did not verify their work. 2000$ later my trucks continues to have all the same issues as when I brought it in
