Steve is very professional, detailed oriented, thorough and knowledgeable. He was very vigilant about big and small issues and gave me a clear and detailed report followed by pictures and detailed descriptions of the home inspection he conducted. He went into every corner of the house (crawl spaces etc). I highly recommend Skeena Home Inspections.

Inspection report didn't accurately reflect extent of issues found eg. structural or aesthetic. Serious structural problems that were presented more as aesthetic/possible problems rather than serious issues. Inspector missed a carpenter ant infestation in an easily accessible location (underside / exposed underside of floor).Can still recommend but would urge inspector to be more thorough.

Upon using two inspection companies over the last two months, Steven has been far superior to work with. He has given manageable timelines and expectations of what needs to be done. He was very thorough in both his inspection and his walk through with me. I unfortunately had to use another company for a different inspection on a different home and was very almost disgusted at how little was done for double the price as he was. I may hire steven for another second inspection of the property i am buying because he was such a pleasure to work with and looked at all aspects of my new home instead of cutting corners and not realizing where multiple things were.
