We were really pleased with the great selection of flooring Burritt Bros had to offer and Dale, our project manager was excellent to deal with. The installers did a great job and made sure everything was cleaned up when finished. We would highly recommend and will definitely use them again for any future flooring needs.

Burritt Bros. installed wall-to-wall wool carpet in my condo 8 years ago and everything was wonderful until an poorly executed carpet cleaning resulted in the seams in the carpet separating. Though it was not Burritt Bros. fault, the company went out of their way to evaluate the problem, attempt repairs and provide advice and a referral for future cleaning. Great customer loyalty and service. Many thanks to the team that helped me!

Buyer beware if you purchase a clearance product from here. I was sold premium" flooring on clearance with no mention of any manufacturing defects and in the end there were so many it wasn't possible for none of them to end up in visible space once installed. The only way I would have known this would have been to open all boxes and inspect every board
