I was very anxious about this appointment prior to meeting Andrea. It’s not exactly comfortable or an everyday occurrence having an investigation of the pelvic floor. It isn’t even a common conversation that comes up. Andrea’s manner put me at ease immediately! She helped me to feel relaxed and calm. It was also easy to open up and explain my concerns and feelings! Noting was made to feel weird or crazy. Just the opposite. She helped me to realize that I am completely normal and justified in my feelings! I very much appreciated her help and showing me helpful exercises to strengthen necessary areas! Thank you so much!
