Lisa in the Beauty department gave me exceptional service, making sure my needs were met in full. Her knowledge and personal experience with the products were invaluable. Plus, she was so personable I felt like a friend was giving me advice. Even though it was busy, she took the time to add that extra customer service you don’t normally get. I will definitely be coming again in the weeks to come! Thank you, Lisa!

The pharmacy is terrible. I ordered a vaccination that qualified for public funding HOWEVER, after TWO MIS-ORDERS I had to PAY for my vaccination. It's ridiculous, they called me four times to confirm the first order, didn't get back to me for about a week and a half to tell me that they had mis-ordered it to another store, then I had to call them another week and a half later to see if it was in. Then I go in and they tell me I have pay after all of that. Absolutely ridiculous.

I went there with my friends and we were looking at the tester perfumes and there was one on a stand that looks like a tester so sprayed it but a worker got mad at us and telling us that we can’t open stuff we told her we thought it was a testerand then she was following us around the store for the rest of the time we were Using the make upTesters and “she tells us that we can’t open the stuff ” in a rude way.then we’re looking at makeup samples and she came over to us and was saying you better not be opening anything in the testers.We went over and looked at the toothbrushes and you were laughing and she comes up to us and says that we are acting inappropriate we told her we’re just looking at the toothbrushes and she walked away and rolled her eyes and walked away.feel like the employees there are rude

I am consistently disappointed with the managerial decisions at this location.The coffee I buy occasionally, goes on sale and is advertised in the flyer (both digitally and in the physical local paper). However, without fail, when I go to this location, they are almost always low on stock, if not out of stock completely. They do not offer you a rain cheque unless you ask for one, and even then, it’s like pulling teeth to get them to honour the coupon at a later date.More recently, my husband arrived on a Friday with my rain cheque (a day before my 30 days expiry date) but none was in stock. He told to come back on Monday (after my expiry date). But… when I we arrived on Monday we we told that there was nothing they could do as rain cheque was from another location and more importantly was expired.Guess I’ll take the extra time (and spend the extra gas money) to go to the other location a bit farther down the road.

I had the best experience at this shoppers drug mart at Tsawwassen Mills, The staff working Monday June 6th in your pharmacy and front store were FABULOUS. I made a point of getting the names: Tatiana, Kay, Angela. Wish more stores had this kind of staff!!! 100% recommend this store for everyone's pharmacy needs

Went to Shoppers at TM as it was the only place to get the flu shot in the Lower Mainland. It was a very disorganized experience to say the least — you had to sign in" with the front desk

Amazing to come into Shoppers Drug Mart at Tsawwassen Mills and see Angela is back!!! The service had been slacking lately, but has improved immensely now that she is back! I came in on Seniors Day and she was so very happy to see me, and always makes the extra effort to accommodate me knowing i do not like to use the self check out. She is a tremendous asset to your company, and to all of us Seniors. She makes me very happy.

There is a lady named Anne that works in the beauty section.Kudos to her !!The most amazing person I have ever encountered in my life working in the customer service industry.I was blown away with how nice and very professional she was, with the store being crazy and she was the only one.She was super patient with everyone.Anne, you are the one in the million of people in the industry that shows genuine care for each customer.Thank you so much for being a kind person.

I went to the beauty boutique and was checking out some perfumes. The assistant ( a tall asian lady ) came running towards me and literally snatched the perfume bottle from me as if I was about to steal it. Then she continued to cover it up. I left the store immediately as I never had this kinda experience ever. Just because I was dressed comfortably, doesn’t means I’m stealing.

Anne is definitely one of the best this store has since she has complete knowledge about whatever Shoppers is selling both in-store and online as well, and possess superior people skills.She helped us throughout our visit assisting, and made sure we walk out of the store with a happy and smiling face.A great customer experience!
