I feel I got scammed by her law firm. They assigned a immigration consultant (Y Zhou) when I asked lawyer's service to get advice to apply for PR. They charged me lawyer's rate, not one for consultant, which means they charged as much as 3 times of the market average. I asked if the service would be same as those by a lawyer, and then they assured that the consultant would ask help lawyer if she could not deal with the issue.However, when I asked questions the consultant just repeated I don't know
