Hairistocracy

Every stylist is trained cutting/styling curly and wavy hair! They're honest with recommendations for hairstyles and colour. And they offer warm drinks on cold days! I've been seeing them for a couple of years now and am thrilled with the professionalism and personal touches. Cheers to Hairistocracy!

Was in a chair for 4 hours for something I usually have done in 2.Stylist did not offer me anything to drink the entire time I was there. Near the end another stylist did finally offer as I'm sure she noticed I had been there a long time. Tried to make small talk as it was my first time there in a very long time. Stylist would have no part in that very. Grumpy, no eye contact and clearly did not want to get to know her new client. ALL other clients were offered water or coffee for short treatments and I heard many pleasant conversations going on but not my stylist.I watched as other stylists received their head massage with their wash. Always a perk and something you look forward to. My stylist gave me a short non relaxing head massage.At the end was given a total for my treatment. Had to ask to break it down so I knew what I was paying for.I can not imagine that Mo would have approved of this service.I will not be returning.

I live an hour + outside of brandon yet Lily invited me in on a normally closed day to help with a previous stylists mistakes. Short notice an above n’ beyond customer service wise. She blended and did her best to help my hair. Wonderful lady!

first time customer after a long absence at any salon. all the staff were friendly and welcoming. Lily did an amazing job on my new hair colour and gave me good advice on style and how to maintain my colour. Definitely now a regular customer!

My chicken souvlaki was delicious! My husband had issues with his poutine like cold gravy and it tasted like salt. Otherwise it would have been 5 ⭐️

Awesome salon and environment - great atmosphere and really wonderful staff. I usually hate going to the hairdresser but Lily was both efficient and really pleasant and authentic, not to mention a perfectionist who went the extra mile to make sure I was 100% happy with the services I had. Really appreciate having a place like this in Brandon and what a great backstory and longstanding history the salon has. Thanks to the whole team & to Lily again for the top notch service!

Mo and his associates are some of the friendliest and most talented stylists around! Never once have I been disappointed with a haircut, style, or colour that I have received from them! They are always up-to-date with current trends and willing to recommend what looks best, and I always leave feeling full of confidence. I would never consider patronising another salon so long as I live in Brandon!

I have been going through some hard times and lost someone close to me and was in for a haircut. I'll admit I lost control In the chair and I cried and she was very understanding and sweet to me. I'll never forget her kindness to me in my vulnerability. She gave me a great cut and again I'll never forget her kindness. Thank you.
