Warm, kind, personal approach and cares for the business. Even though it was very busy there on a Monday morning after a long weekend, all staff was calm, patient and courteous, from the Receptionist and Pharmacy staff to the Doctor himself. Many cultures intersect at this location from across the World. Markham Corners Medical treats everyone warmly, displaying hospitality and tolerance. Other nice touches: establishment was clean, including the bathroom, there is lots of parking, and wait times are reasonable. They also agreed to see an out-of-province patient. In general, the sense is they take pride in their business, and know that patients are also customers, who choose to come here. Two small recommendations: (1) perhaps a couple more chairs in the waiting room could be added, as some patients needed to stand; and (2) consider adding a garbage bin in the bathroom because there was nowhere to throw the paper towels that are placed in the washroom (which is a very nice touch by the way - I much prefer using papertowels to a hand drying machine). These guys just makes fools of their patient. I visited here i waited 2 hrs to talk to the doctor over the video call. Then she told me to do ultrasound and blood test then i did that. Then they keep me waited 2 weeks to know about my report. I went all over the waterloo to Scarborough to meet the doctor then also they placed a online video call. When i called them they put me hold always and never treat me like the patient idk what they are doing. If they can’t provide services to the community they have to shut their clinic.

The BEST pharmacy I have ever dealt with in my entire life! Youssef & Dalia (owners), and Sepi and staff are all extremely personable, courteous and helpful. Every time I walk in, I am greeted with a BIG smile and a friendly hello. They always have the time to answer any questions or concerns, and are always on the lookout for any conflicts in medication/Rx. I value them so highly that I even convinced my family, fiancee and other loved ones to switch their pharmacist, and they all fully concur............ they love it here! FREE delivery as well!!!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!! : )

Waited 20 minutes in line to be seen by the receptionist, whom was busy doing other things, only to find out they are doing telephone consultations only and the doctor will not see anyone until they a phone meeting with the patient. Overall it was a waist of time, receptionist should have mentioned this as soon as she saw people lined up to speak to her. Call before you arrive don’t waist your time in line. Overall it’s a well kept pharmacy.

I was looking for a medicine for my husband and the Pharmacist guy advised to book for a teleconsultation because I can't buy without doctor's prescription, and so I followed. Next day my husband got a call from the doctor and I was able to buy the medicine the day after. I've waited for about 15mins due to supplier's delay of arrival. I was happy with their service for their immediate action and kind service.

My family and I came to Canada in 2018, and we were introduced to this pharmacy. The pharmacist treat us like they knew us for a long time, and that feels good it's like we never miss home. I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone living in this side of Scarborough.

All staff members are okay and approachable EXCEPT for the RECEPTIONIST. She is sarcastic, rude and doesn’t know how to handle patients and time properly. She is unprofessional and should have more training with regards to customer service handling.

This pharmacy is excellent. My fiance has been coming here for many years and I recently switched over from another drug store. I am very happy I did. Yousef, Sepay and the rest of the staff are so friendly and kind. They treat you like family. Prescriptions are ready quickly. Yousef is very a knowledgeable pharmacist and he takes the time to explain the medication. He truly cares about his customers. They also carry a wide range of natural vitamins and supplements. I highly recommend this pharmacy/drug store.

The waiting room is basically store space in the pharmacy. They sometimes use a virtual web doctor, which can be a highly disappointing experience when you require an examination and not some platitudes.Meetings with the in-person doctor were okay and we got the basic service we were looking for.
