Proxim affiliate pharmacy - Babinski and Kotb

I had such a great experience in this pharmacy! Dr. Mohamed went above and beyond to help me get my medication, I really appreciate his help and will definitely be coming back.

I dont usually leave reviews and I have to agree with all the other comments that everyone posted here. Even though i have no file at this pharmacy, Dr mohamad listened to all my questions patiently and provided professional advice and recommendations. If you want to have a pleasant experienceAnd proper recommendations, I strongly recommend this pharmacy.

**Caution** to anyone using their pick up ups service. You are better off having your items shipped to a different pick up point location as you will dread your experience here.They advertise this service but the older pharmacist has an issue with people actually using said service. I am a frequent online shopper and had my packages delivered to this location (pick up point) as it is the closest to my residence. Every time I went to this location the older pharmacist always complained about me using this service. He literally accused me of using the proxim address as my address of residence when my residential address is literally written on every shipping label along with the address of the pickup point. He does not understand the concept of a pickup point. This is important to understand if you partner with a shipping carrier (literally common sense to understand this). The younger pharmacist is absolutely pleasant but I did not have frequent interactions with him and thus my complaints are about the older pharmacist as he was who I frequently dealt with. The older pharmacist is unbearable. He carries on in a contemptuous manner complaining about clients using the service (a service that he allowed into his pharmacy) and has no issue starting arguments with clients. He is unprofessional on so many levels. I was literally taken aback by the tantrums he threw. As a health care professional myself I have never carried on in this manner with clients or patients and I would be embarassed to do so. Literally all of my interactions with him were dreadful. I came to pickup my packages one day and he told me arrogantly raising his voice that he would refuse all of my in coming packages from that point on (due to his failure to comprehend what a pick up point is). It's not the clients responsibility to educate the person in charge at a place of business who has decided to partner with a shipping carrier but has clearly neglected to inform themselves on the details of the agreement they have with said shipping carrier. Everytime I went to pickup my packages I had to mentally prepare myself for what ridiculous thing he was going to say next.I changed my pickup point location over 2 months ago and have never gotten one complaint from the staff at my new location. Everyone is pleasant at my new location.Avoid the babinski proxim if you want to use the pick up point service. The older pharmacist will make you regret it.

I have been dealing with the pharmacy for me and my pregnant wife. This is the best pharmacy I have ever dealt with and by far. Dr Babinski, Dr Mohamed and rest of the staff are truly friendly and super caring about our medical issues and challenges. They always offer every possible assistance for a smooth medical treatment. Thank you so much, and this is truly appreciated.

Best pharmacy. Professional, courteous and friendly. Both pharmacist-owners are really caring, and go the extra mile to make sure you have the best experience. Highly recommended! We moved away from the area but continue coming back to the pharmacy.
