The staff at NAPA were really helpful....our pickup was having issues and they helped me give a list of auto mechanics who were likely to really help us......one of those mechanics went out of his way to pull a favor from GMC to ultimately fix our FORD pickup.

Running's staff completely understand what customer service is about. My 2013 Silverado needed an emergency repair and they promptly squeezed it into their busy schedule to ensure I would have my vehicle back the same day. In addition, they provided a ride back to my home which was over and above what I was expecting. Vehicle repair is more than just getting the best price. On a family vacation and needed the bearing in the trailer fixed. They got me in right away and fixed it in the timeline I needed it back to go home. The part that was needed was on back ordered. They manufactured the part for me. Very reasonable price. Very friendly staff. Drove the trailer home 6hrs, all good. Thanks!!
