Hi guys , I purchased a Canada billiards table called le chateau model . I paid 8100$ taxes included and delivered. Harold was very nice and polite while dealing with him . I had to wait 3 to 6 months for the table . I had problems immediately with the table . Please avoid this model . Le chateau table scratched my balls and left really deep scratch marks . I had purchased black ball set from aramith and paid 550$ for the balls. They were ruined in month . When balls get damaged they wear out the cloth quickly so always replacing cloths and balls gets expensive because I had Simonis cloth as well . I had to purchase 2 cloths within 6 months . I called Harold and complained. He immediately came over and tried to resolve the problem . We did a Recloth witch I had to pay for but gave me a deal . I bought another black ball aramith ball set. Played a couple games and noticed scratched all over my table . I Called Harold and complained . He couldn’t figure out why my balls kept getting deep scratch marks like a knife and hammer smoking the ball . He ignored the problem and told me to bad basically . Then got back to me months later and said he contacted Canada billiards and they think it’s a poor design . Maybe i got bad luck . I had to sell the table for 3k$ . My husband worked with Harold and helped him and did favours for Harold. I also had Problems with the table with the balls popping out of the pocket . Id strike the cue ball with lots of low to get draw and the objective ball would pop out of the pocket if I tried to give it lots of power . Harold threw our family a box of pockets and said we’re even . I wouldn’t recommend the Canada billiards table model le chateau and i wouldn’t recommend purchasing from Harold because he doesn’t resolve problems but he is very nice and polite respectful person . I lost lots of money going to Harold because of that table . I’m sure we could have agreed on some kind of solution . I got the melon of Canada billiards .Here the math .Canada billiards “Le chateau”8100$+2 Recloths at x 800$= 1600$+4 sets of balls black aramith balls2200$= 11900$11900$-3000$=8900$We lost 8900$ with Harold , please avoid this business

Very knowledgeable, professional, efficient and helpful. Harold gave me great advice and service. Now I am playing on a table that is better than when it was new! I wish every service provider was as good as Harold!
