New to the Ottawa area and consider ourselves very fortunate to have met Scott, a consumate professional at window coverings. Scott was great from the initial consultation where he offered attractive and affordable alternatives for our window coverings. Installation was awesome and without problems. Very impressive. No need to use anyone else but Custom Blinds Plus when looking for window coverings of all types in the Ottawa region. Very impressed.

Wonderful service, beautiful product and good price!Jim came to my house to measure and show me samples of the products available. He was on time, very flexible, and accommodating to my schedule.The blinds are high quality and a good price. I shopped around and by far these were the best deal.Installation was fast and easy!I love the look of my blinds! Highly recommend!

Easy and informed process. Jim and team have affordable pricing and are very much pleasant to deal with. We got some blinds for the office installed and I couldn't be happier! Jim kept me thorougly informed while our blinds were ordered and set up an installation date as soon as they arrived.

Jim patiently helped guide us with our selection and once the order was ready came in and installed the blinds for three bedrooms in a quick two hours. We are very pleased with the finished product. We would highly recommend him for all your window covering needs.

Custom Blinds Plus
We were referred to Jim at Custom Blinds Plus and glad we were. The highest quality blinds with an exceptional warranty and A+ service. Jim comes to your home and spends the time to explain the pro's and con's of different types of blinds, colours, etc. He measures your windows to the 1/8 of an inch and comes back and hangs them. Since we were moving into a new build, he made a trip out just to measure all the windows, then the day we moved in, he was in and out in just a couple of hours hanging 13 blinds. Thanks Jim, we're really happy with the result!

We bought a total of 14 blinds and 2 wood shutters from this company after building a new house. The whole process went very well. Co-owner Jim Bendall arrived on time for the estimate and helped us pick the right products. The selection and quality level were comparable to Hunter Douglas at better prices. Color match, picked in the house with large enough samples, was just right. We waited about a month for delivery, as expected. Installation was done by Jim in less than a day. Quality and customer service were professional. Definitely recommend.

Jim is amazing to deal with. He did blinds for our new build and we were on a very tight schedule and had specific requests. Jim accomodated all. There are so many color and style choices offered, Jim provided good advice and we love it. The price is very reasonable. Highly recommend. And oh did I mention that Jim provides excellent after slaes support. We had to replace a part for one of our blinds, Jim was happy to come over and install the new part.
